    A truly fantastic product, which is giving me so much pain relief. The instructions are clear and helpful, the cover is so soft, and the linen bag inside just pops out to go in the microwave. It's not over-full so you can manipulate it to the shape of your to face easily. Like any wheat bag it cools down quickly, but I really can't recommend this brand enough. The manufacturers' packaging was great, and the seller top notch, too. Arrived bang on time.

    I’ve been looking for something that’ll help with sinus pain for a long time. I do steam/nasal rinses etc but if I just need some quick relief, especially from frontal sinus pressure, or if I have that telltale prickling in my sinuses, this is a great help. I find 1 min in the microwave actually makes it too warm to apply straightaway but I like that it can go that hot. I recently twisted my elbow so it’s been good for that too because of how well it shapes. I really like that the filling is compartmentalised so it doesn’t spread unevenly and the cover is super soft and washable - very well thought out.

    Unfortunately, after a few uses this ended up burning/smoking in the microwave. I use these kind of items a lot for migraine so am aware not to put them in for too long. Followed the instructions of no more than a minute - this is dangerous and I would not recommend. Refund was given by Bolo.
