    The fridge does not cool, I bought 45 days ago and now cant return the item as its past 30 days but no warranty process is available. £300 for nothing. Can't even resolve this with Bolo

    Bought this in September last year (2023) was damaged. Tried to send back but they wanted to charge me £100 todo that. Anyway put it in my campervan last month and it kept tripping off so plugged into a different socket and now it won't go cold but the lights still on inside. Won't buy from this company again. *UPDATE* spoken with manufacturer they are willing to collect and refund so I cannot fault customer services. I don't need another one now but will try this company again in future. Raised my stars from 1 to 4.

    I couldn't use this product as it needs 12cm clear at the back. The advert said it needed 20mm. So, sadly I've had to return the item.The return process was easy and free, so that was good!

    Packaging is not protective enough, and can lead to dents from shipping.

    Fits in small space in garage. It's very quiet and seems to work well. I haven't had a power bill, but it should be chap to run. The only problem was the packaging provides little protection in shipping, and since it works OK, I will live with.the dented corner.
