Ignore the reviews that say the pan sticks constantly, it's down to their inadequate cooking skills and not changing their cooking habits (pan way to hot)It made me sceptical but I can say the pan is excellent. From eggs to curries and high searing of your steaks this pan delivers.I cooked fried eggs first expecting them to stick a little until pan had seasoned but on first use they cooked perfectly nothing stuck.Cleaning the pan is a breeze, ive yet to put it in the dishwasher it's that easy to clean.Will be adding to the collection

My husband is the cook in our house so I thought he deserved a decent frying pan, he was delighted! Can use metal spoons with no worries at all, fantastic for searing, would highly recommend

Don’t be put off by the price tag or think it might be a bit gimmicky… as this pan is brilliant! Versatile, light weight, even heat, responsive cooking surface , non-stick, oven proof and so easy to clean. Can confidently use a wide range of utensils without damaging the surface and fish, meat, rice, pasta and eggs are a joy to cook. If you enjoy bing in the kitten then this 30cm hybrid pan is a must have.

Not non stick, quite possibly the worst frying pan I've bought for the price. Should have gone for a Tefal much cheaper and better
Love my HexClad 12” frying pan!
Bought this to replace an older frying pan. It’s easy to use, cooks well and cleans up easy! The pan is very sturdy and comes with a vented lid. I would definitely buy again if ever needed and would possibly buy the whole set of frying pans.

Cocino dos veces al día, pase por todas... las últimas LECREUSET , esto es lejos mejor, es cara pero sirve, la única sugerencia es : la magia no existe, utilice siempre unas gotas de aceite y no se sobrepase con las temperaturas, sugiero lavar a mano
