5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality
Good solid headset, not a fan of the standard ear pads being a leather like material they block out too much ambient sound. The sonar software for PC is very impressive, if i had to buy again i would go for the wireless ones.
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing sound quality
Really good headset for the price, premium feel with amazing sound quality and packed with features such as sound pre-sets for specific games. The microphone is actually pretty decent as well considering it's a headset. Would recommend if you're looking for a WIRED headset.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great headphones - works on Xbox
These headphones are amazing. The price point is premium however they do actually feel like a premium product.
1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing
What can I say… I was expecting good things from this headset. I currently have the razer kraken headset and wanted an upgrade… well… after going through countless reviews and sites, I found this headset.. I thought okay seems the setup is a little finicky but let’s give it a go as everyone is commenting how good they sound… the sound quality is good… it’s not very loud even on its loudest setting I’d say is about lvl 20 on my razer headset.I played around with the software (was quite easy to grab and sort out) so I thought okay let’s give it a go, tried using the mic… it wasn’t working… tried adjusting the settings, going through countless (and I mean countless) videos and guides on how to get it to work (after I already messed around with discord settings, audio settings, messing with the settings in the control panel…) I tried everything and it still didn’t work… maybe I had a defective one… so I thought okay maybe I’ve got the wrong cables plugged in etc (I had them all in correctly) so I thought I’d plug it straight into the computer… maybe that would work… that got me even further away from working as I then didn’t have ANY audio or mic functions (I removed any existing software for my razer headset just in case that was the problem) but nope, nothing of the sorts was working for me at all, I tried different usb ports, I tried it on my PS5… still no mic usage… so I don’t know if there is anything I hadn’t already tried that would make it work…. But I think I’ll be sticking to razer products in future as steel series has not won me over (I get better sound quality on my £60 turtle beach headset than I did with this one) only good thing was the noise cancelling was really good

These are the best sounding headrest I've owned and I've had reasonably high end headsets before. That's the positives. The negatives though are the comfort, or lack of it. Coming from the Arctis 7 Pros with the classic Steelseries ski band, the are not only not as comfortable on the top of your head, be also uncomfortable on the ears. The cups are smaller so rest on your ears unless perfectly placed and the leatherette cushions aren't very breathable, so you can get sweaty ears. You can get the airweave cushions of their website, but delivery is as much as the cushions. For the price of these, you should be able to choose at order point which cushions you want. A bit fidly to give tune EQ settings, and fewer preser profiles for PS5 than your get on PC with Sonus, that said I've already got them sounding better that any other headset I've owned. I can place footsteps so well and music is awesome on them too. Nice to not have the EU audio restrictions to, at least something came good from Brexit! I'll pick the airweave cushions up soon, but comfirt let's these down unfortunately.
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing quality and easy to use only one con
I was previously using a Logitech headset from my partner and wanted my own in which I could control the sounds better from chat to game to music, this is it! Great quality sound, easy to use, comfy as anything, download the sonar app and it's so simple to adjust controls.Con - the wire connected to the turntable connector is quite short, I've took it round the back and under the desk now, because the wire and mic are on the left of the headset and can't be switched, meaning it kept getting in the way of my hand on the keyboard.
3.0 out of 5 stars Decent but nowhere near as good as everybody says
I’ve been using the same pair of Astro A40’s since around 2013, never had a problem with them, but thought it was time for an upgrade after around 10 years of use. Everybody online was recommending the Arctis Nova Pros so after around 2 months of trying to decide, i bought them. From what people were saying online, I thought this headset would blow my mind, they are supposed to be one of the best sounding headsets on the market at the moment. Unfortunately that isn’t what happened at all.CONS:To me, the sound is really bad out of the box, i was actually extremely disappointed with it. I messed around with the EQ settings for hours and used recommended EQ settings that people shared online but it still didn’t sound good at all. In my opinion a £250 headset should sound amazing out of the box, it shouldn’t be left up to the user to try to make it sound good. The spatial audio setting is horrible, I started getting a headache after using it for about 20 minutes. It just makes everything echo. My airpod pros produce way better sound than this headset. They are fairly comfortable, but within 10 minutes of use, my ears were way too hot, theres no breathability at all.You also cannot hear anything that you’re saying. Some people might like this, but I need to know how loud i’m speaking if i’m using the headset late at night.PROS:The software is pretty good, as you can customise the sound to however you want (if you have a couple of hours to spare) and set different profiles for games, music, media etc.The DAC is really cool too, it feels very high quality, as does the headset itself. The mic is actually very good compared to most other headsets and I like the fact that it’s retractable. In summary, the build quality, the DAC, the software and the mic are very good. But the most important part of a headset, the sound, is terrible.I returned this headset the same day that I received it and bought a new set of Astro A40’s instead. I’ve tried many headsets over the years and in my opinion nothing beats the A40’s.
Wired head set
Bought these for my son on his PS5Couple options you don't get to use to the fullest if not on a computer but work great he loves the sound & no feed back. Clear talk on both ends.Would buy again.
Super versatile
There's a lot of elitists on the web nowadays that say everything gamer branded sucks when it comes to audio, but the Nova Pro wired is honestly a good buy. The headphones are tuned for gaming, so they image well, they're immersive and detail-rich enough. My friends say the mic is good, and it retracts into the headset which is awesome. It's also super comfortable! They are very slightly lacking in dynamics for music listening compared to more dedicated music headphones but honestly they'll be more than fine for most people especially if you're listening to things like Spotify.GameDAC gen 2 is super nice too, it also works with other 3.5mm headphones and all functionality such as mic monitoring and chatmix transfers. Sonar software is also underrated as hell, can change and tweak pretty much everything you can dream of.Get this if you want a one and done complete package.
Das Geld wert
Ist ganz Nett, leider kein hat die Engine Software kein Linux support.
