I live in London where the tap water is generally decent. However the filter ran out after a month. On the one hand it feels unsustainable , but on the other hand if the water really is that bad then it feels like a necessity. It is really easy to install and use, and can hold a lot of water. It does take a long time (about 35/40s as opposed to 3 seconds from the tap) to fill a glass. The water tastes much better than tap but only if you cycle 3l through new filters before drinking any water. This seems wasteful and I’m looking into buying third-party filters to make this more affordable in the long-term.

I like the product, everything BUT the filter is great. I filtered over 15l of water through it and the water taste like plastic and chemicals still. My tap water taste actually better…

I have wasted money on different ones but love this!! The only problem is it's bulky only fits in fridge door making tight fit for large bottles of milk but I work round it, charge lasts ages!! Water tastes great and water gets really cold which I love. Won't be changing to anything else now. Fast delivery.

Pros-Good looking piece on the worktop-Quality feels solid and durable- water taste good-Water tank big enough for the whole family for the whole day without refill in summer days- dispensing works at a light touchCons- the spout is so short, you have to be really careful and press the cups tightly against the tank body when dispensing- really difficult to fill up kettles or coffee machine tanks as the dispenser is not tall enough to fit these right under neath the spout and plus the short spout, I struggle to fill 1/3 full of kettle... Had to use a cup as an intermediary tool!- heavy on the fridge door. When it is full, it is a heavy piece to slot on to the fridge door.- the charger sticks out at the back by a lot... Wish there was a niche for the charger so that it can be put closer to the wall

Great product overall, I've had it for a year now with no problems. Leaves no taste in the water, great battery life and fits in the fridge door nicely.- The filter automatically stops after 1 litre is dispensed. So I often put a 1L jug and let it run without fear of it overflowing (It might take about 1 minute to full a 1 litre jug)- After changing the filter I run 6 litres or so through it to wash away any taste form the new filter.Would highly recommend.
6 months in and we like it very much
This was a purchase we pondered for over a year and finally chose this as our solution to have liters of purified water at a low cost. Our first water glass tasted different to me but great to my husband. We gave it a few weeks and decided to keep it. We've been using it for 4 months and bought new filters packs twice. We like the water and the caraffe and highly recommend it. The water in our area does not taste great and the filters make it so much better. We've been saving and most of all have not produced a ton of plastic waste. Go head and purchase it with confidence.

Honnêtement, j’ai l’appareil depuis plusieurs mois maintenant. Je suis assez ravie, la batterie tient vraiment très longtemps. Les seuls points négatifs sont le prix des filtres et le temps que cela prend pour que l’eau coule.

Der Wasserfilter ist super, passt ins Seitenfach des Kühlschranks, auch gut zum aufstellen auf dem Tisch, ist sehr leise und die Filterung beeinflusst nicht den Geschmack des Wassers. Akku hält auch lange.

Carafe de qualité, j'apprécie sa grande capacité de 3litres, la distribution d'eau en un touché ( fait couler 1 litre d'eau en continu et stop automatiquement) Très pratique ne prend pas beaucoup de place. Petites remarques : éclabousse un peu si l'on veux se servir un verre d'eau sans le tenir et laisser quelques seconde son verre sous le robinet pour évité à chaque fois que la dernière goute d'eau tombe sur une table en bois par exemple. le filtre ne se monte pas facilement ( il faut si prendre à plusieurs reprise pour l'installer correctement). Un lexique d'explication sur les divers témoins lumineux de la carafe ne serai pas du lux.
