Suck the Solder Away Easily

Clean the Solder in Detail
2.5mm wide, 1.5m in length , the solder wick can clean the solder in some small or hard to reach areas. No clean flux, oxygen free copper wire. It will be a great accessory to remove the extra solder.
How to Use the Desoldering Pump
Step 1: Press the plunger down until it is been locked and you will hear a click;
Step 2: Make the tip of the soldering iron to the solder joint and allow the solder to become fully liquid;
Step 3: Move the tip of the pump next to the molten solder. Move the iron out of the way and immediately cover the liquid solder puddle with the pump's tip. Pull the trigger;
Step 4: Repeat this process if necessary.
How to Use the Solder Wick
Step 1: Place the wick over the solder you need remove and then just push the heated soldering iron tip onto the wick;
Step 2: Remove the wick once the solder has been absorbed;
Step 3: Cut off the used part of the wick;
Step 4: Repeat this process if needed

Works well but sometimes a little too well as the kickback from the plunger going back often lifts the tip off the solder joint. But with practice works well. The braid and a spare tip are a bonus but not sure what the bit of black pipe was for. Sucking blackheads perhaps.

I've had several of the cheaper blue and silver solder suckers. They did their job well enough but I've been doing a lot more soldering recently so I decided to upgrade, and I wish I'd made the change years ago! The tip is better, the suction is better and you even have spare parts to get even more value for money. It's more comfortable to hold and easy to grip. The button takes a bit of getting used to because it doesn't stand proud.

I ordered this and received it the following day. It arrived in a sturdy box within a box. I have used solder pumps for around 40 years and there is no real quality standards. Some are sturdy and reliable but last only a short while. Others are flimsy lack suction but refuse to die. This product ticks all the boxes. It has a powerful spring and 2 silicon rubber washers to ensure leak proof suction. It is comfortable in the hand with a foam wrap-around and feels a quality well made product. I don't normally review my items but when I am sufficiently impressed it is handy for others to understand what they are getting. Stop searching and give this one a try you won't be disappointed.
