This shaker comes with a ridged ball that you place inside the shaker and it "mixes" the powder!The shakes that come with the plastic mesh that sits jist below the lid are far better. Spend a few more £ and get one of those!

GREAT VALUE
These shaker bottles are a great value for the price. you get two for one, a black one and an opaque white one. I usually use the white one so I can see the measurements on the side. I have only had one shaker mishap and that was my fault because I didn't have the lid on tight. It does the job quite nicely, is indeed leakproof, and didn't cost me a fortune. I have paid more for bottles that weren't as good as these ones. If you are looking for a no-frills shaker bottle I would certainly recommend these.

In many ways a great product. The issue is that the lid must be truly tightly screwed for it not to leak in your bag. And the top opening is not easy to open and close - leading to spill
