    What Types of Scars to Use On

    Silicone Scar Sheets works to diminish the appearance of hypertrophic scars and keloids, which have a raised and/or discolored appearance.

    These types of scars may result from surgery, injury, burns, cuts, insect bites, c-sections and more. Also works as an acne scar treatment.

    When to Start Using

    Begin using scar sheets as soon as the skin is healed and there is no oozing or crusting in the area.

    Treatment with silicone scar sheets for post-surgical scars may typically begin 1-2 weeks after stitches are removed or when cleared by a physician or surgeon for use. For existing scars, begin using silicone scar sheets right away, provided the skin is fully healed.

    How to use:

    1-Clean and dry scar area.

    2-Cut scar sheet based on scar size and shape.

    4- Press scar sheet gently on to the scar area.

    TIPS:

    1-Use this product once scar or wound has been healing for at least 7 days. You may start using immediately on older scars.

    2-Silicone sheets should be worn for 4-8 hours per day for the first few days, and gradually increased up to 24 hours a day.

    3-Use a minimum of 12 hours a day for maximum results. lf the sheet gets stained, gently wash them in warm water and let it dry.

    4-Recommended duration of treatment is 60-90 days. For best results, alternate scar sheets with scar gel every 12 hours.

    5-Using disinfectant to clean the wound may cause allergic reactions.

    6-The product will form a closed space and the wound will produce an overreaction and cause allergies.

    Previously bought in a smaller size for a different scar. The scar sheets cover the wound well and assist with the wound healing and reduce the appearance of the scar. The sheets also have good adhesive for moving around so they don't come off too easily. The larger size sheet is slightly more in price, but worth it.

    Just arrived yesterday. Very quick delivery. Looks clean and hygienic. Will report back when have been using it a few weeks to see if it hurry up scar healing a bit.Tape comes in perforated sections that are a perfect size for my scar. And easy to tear off without scissors but can be left longer if necessary!

    Me and my partner have been using this on scars from various surgeries we've had and I am blown away by the results.My partner had keyhole surgery 4 months ago and has scars both sides exactly the same, we decided to put the tape on only one side for comparison.The photo results are 3 weeks of using the tape.Left phone is the scars untouched, the right photo is the scar that had the tape on. Didn't expect much but the results in such a short amount of time is astounding!Fully reccomend.

    Bought these to improve the appearance of some small scars following a minor surgery. I think there is possibly some improvement, but hard to tell - think bio-oil probably better.

    IT DOES NOT STAY ON !!!! how people say they wash and reuse is unbelievable as it falls off at the slightest bit of water and if you get hot off it pops!! Don't belive its reusable for one minute !! ITS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE POUND SHOP QUALITY FOR EXTORTIONATE PRICES !!!!

    I’ve bought this after seeing reviews. Plus also Ive had couple surgeries and wanted help with diminishing the scars. So far - nothing. No changes at all. Been using it for a week now. Also the sticky part doesn’t stick properly as there’s no enough glue in it and seldom curls up which gets difficult to uncurl it.I’ll come back and update if things change.

    i'm writing this only 4 weeks post-op but my scars are pretty much gone and faded away. works unbelievably well. for maximum adhesion clean the surrounding area with an alcohol pad and ensure that it's completely dry. after 24 hours it tends to bunch up and peel away but since i'm poor i use the same strip for days in a row. i can't complain tho because these are the reason my recovery has gone perfectly. very smooth when flat, feels just like skin and blended in with my skin tone (i'm brown). you can modify them however you need for the whole incision to have coverage. they're about 2 inches wide and 1mm thick.
