Very nice flavour however 1 drawback is a minor 1 and that is it's a bit too sweet for my liking if they adjusted it slightly and made it less sweeter it would be perfect so next time I'm going 2try the coffee flavour.

This tastes really nice. I’ve tried other vanilla shakes and they always taste to fake and like sweetener, this one is actually enjoyable!

This item was not cheap and it came in a ripped open box with no consideration of the packaging !! Not happy with that so will buy elsewhere next time as it’s not good when u pay for a service !!

Bought this as I am one of those strange people who need to lose weight but don't crave sweet things, and I thought this looked like a good choice from the very limited range of savoury meal replacements available.I was wrong. This is nothing like a risotto, the contents of the sachet make up to a very tiny portion of something that looks like a lumpy hybrid of porridge and soup and has a synthetic taste vaguely reminiscent of mushrooms. It isn't at all filling so is pretty useless as a meal replacement. Won't be ordering this again. (For reference, that's a teaspoon in the photo)

I am not keen on porridge for breakfast nor a huge fan of oatmeal and I tend to avoid cinnamon, but this one has me convinced! It is delightful!I find that the texture improves and becomes thicker if mixed the evening before and left overnight in the fridge. It also gives the pieces of apple time to properly rehydrate.As with all flavours, it's a matter of preference, but I find this sweetened oatmeal porridge with pieces of apple and a touch of cinnamon delightful. I look forward to it all morning (I eat it mid-morning) and I think the portion size is just right. I even bought some beautiful little breakfast bowls to suit the portion size as I want to stick with the exact same portion size later on when I go back to my normal breakfast (sugar free soy youghurt sprinkled with sugar free müesli and fresh blueberries).When too much water is added, it becomes a bit runny and soupy but still tastes great, I do however prefer a thicker texture so I measure the amount of water carefully and use a little bit less.It's super fast and easy: mix, shake, microwave. It's instant breakfast - it doesn't get easier than that.Remember to add the water to the shaker first, then the sachet, then shake. And for best results: leave overnight in the fridge.

I tried the Nupo strawberry shake, and I was disappointed due to its intense sweetness; it tasted like candy mixed with water.Definitely not gone order again.

Ok, so this is a sachet of risotto but only 132 calories.... I knew that. I didn't expect a huge portion, but still, I was initially a little disappointed. The sachet was a lot of powder and very little rice - but again for 132 calories, you're not going to get much! I served the first one in a bowl, which was a mistake, as it's looked a tiny amount, barely covering the bottom, and highlighted the lack of anything substantial. But it was quite tasty (think mushroom soup flavour), and was quite filling. So the next time, I added it to a mug, added a little more water than recommended and left it a couple of minutes after microwaving to cool and thicken, and pretended it was a mushroom soup with rice. And at that point, I thought, ok, this works.If you're expecting to replace your main meal with this, you're going to be disappointed. (And to be fair, their diet calls for 6 of these 'meals', so that kind of makes sense). But if you want a high protein, filling snack or quick lunch, then it works - providing you think of it as a soup and not a bowl of rice😂.
MUY BIEN DE SABOR Y DE PRECIO
Está bien de precio, el sabor está rico y yo en vez de ponerle 175ml de leche, le pongo 200ml en el shaker y luego lo caliento. Llena bastante más de lo que me esperaba. Me gustaría probar otros sobres con otros sabores, porque lo cierto es que esta marca me ha convencido bastante.

Die Konsistenz ist etwas ungewöhnlich schmeckt aber gut. Ich finde die Würze angenehm. Super Ersatz für eine herkömmliche Mahlzeit, werde noch weitere Produkte bestellen.
