    Great product !I use it my self and recommend it to my clients as it can fix one problem which is better then having all the problems not fixed! If you suffer with anxiety in evenings before sleep or mornings then I suggest you buy it.Don’t hesitate to contact the supplier for more info but do your own research on it to so you’d know how it works and how it will benefit you!Thank you and looking forward to purchase more once I run out :)

    I love the fact these are organic, and also this will help with a wider audience as more people are realising this is the best way to go !!These are great, they aid sleep and are brilliant for women of a certain age to help take the edge off of things.... they make you feel calmer and less anxious.They are also supposed to be an aid for depression.research studies show that these can aid certain urges, well i cannot comment on that... however.... the sleep part is definitely true, and if you can manage to fall asleep fast, who needs urges !!A good amount in this jar.... recommended.

    I gave these Ashwagandha capsules to a dear friend of mine who has been quite stressed recently and he has been taking one a day for nearly a month now. The recommended dose is supposed to be two capsules but he is being slightly cautious about new things entering his system. He has found a slight drop in his stress levels and found sleeping a little easier, but also says that its been a little hard to identify definite changes as his world is so topsy turvy at the moment. He does feel that have helped a little and is going to keep taking them. We both like the fact that they are organic and soil association certified and also as he is gluten intolerant being GF is a must for him too!

    Been taking these for over a week now and do feel alot calmer as a result. I've previously taken St John's Wort and prescribed medication but do feel these are very effective for me just now. I try to stick to organic and more natural supplements when I can so these are perfect. Hadnt heard of Ashwagandha before to be honest but after trying these I will be continuing with this in future. Great value also, very cheap for the quantity you receive. Excellent. Would definitely recommend.
