    Arrived quickly, and well packed. Set-up is a breeze, two cables, mains power and an HDMI arc cable, plug both in and switch on.Don`t forget to remove the film wrapping from the remote battery, had me trying to figure out why nothing was working for a while!Sound is better than the Panasonic tv speakers. Volume is more than adequate.

    We have a 7-year-old 24" Panasonic TV connected to a Sky Q Mini-box on a shelf in our kitchen and the sound quality is very tinny.We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a sound bar as the TV is not worth much and most sound bars are longer than 60cm - the length of the shelf in our kitchen - and many come with a subwoofer which we did not want.This Panasonic sound bar is perfect for our needs. Just 45cm long, fairly basic functions, but improves the sound clarity immeasurably. We connected the TV directly to the sound bar with an optical cable (not supplied) though we could have also connected it to the optical output of the Sky Q minibox.I wouldn't buy this if I wanted hi-fi sound on say a living room 55" TV - but for our purposes it's perfect.

    It is not a serious contender in the sound bar world. It has the merit of being a reasonably cheap way to improve the appallingly bad sound of small flat-screen tv sets. If, like us, you have no means of altering the frequency responses of the tv’s sound output, the bass can be overpowering and distorting coming through the sound bar. However, it is still a vast improvement on the tv sound. The light on the front is difficult to see. It is supposed to exhibit different colours depending upon the source the sound bar is using, but one cannot see it unless you are inches from it. The little remote is simple to use and, finally, it is best to keep it on standby so that you do not have press the button on the remote every time you want to get to the output you are cabled to.

    I bought this to go with my ageing Panasonic plasma 42 inch G30.The sound quality is a big improvement on the TV on-board sound, but that wasn't difficult as the G30 has very poor and thin sound.Nevertheless the sound quality is overall pretty good, taking into consideration it's compact size which suits my set up perfectly, there is plenty of volume with good strong bass.One very important point is that to get the best out of this Panasonic soundbar, you really need to use the hdmi with ARC connection, most tv's since 2011 have at least one input with ARC, what this means is that you get sound going in both directions with control.I turn the soundbar on and then my Panasonic TV remote controls both TV and soundbar volume and then it turns on or off with the TV automatically! A great feature.The thing is not to expect this to perform the same as a full 5.1 system or even a conventional stereo set up.It comes with a remote control but I've no need for that yet but it's necessary to pair any Bluetooth device.It also has a USB and optical input.Overall I'm very happy with this Panasonic soundbar, it matches perfectly with my Panasonic plasma, with good sound which is a massive improvement on the TV speakers, which quite frankly I couldn't bear listening to any longer, especially up in the bedroom where it seemed even worse than before.Recommended at the price, if you want a bigger wider sound then you need to spend more.

    Please note that these comments are made in the context of a 40% reduction from normal retail price. And that this model does not have a separate subwoofer (other models in the range do).Good: Compact unit designed to be placed beneath TV. In my case the unit is fractionally too tall, so I have placed it behind TV - still works well.Sound quality is good and much better than my Panasonic TV speakers' sound.There are 3 sound modes (standard, music, and cinema) and there is a small but noticeable difference. I can now hear movie dialogue without having to increase volume and be deafened by the sound effects - to a degree (and depending on transmission format).And the unit has Bluetooth, so I can hear music from my smartphone.Poor: the remote control volume adjustment does not show volume levels on TV screen (there is no display on the unit, just flashing LEDs on top which cannot be seen from sofa). Using my TV remote control shows volume increasing / decreasing on screen, but again no volume levels displayed.No HDMI(ARC), or optical digital, connection cable is supplied, so need to purchase separately.Overall - good quality for price paid.

    Ich wollte eine kl. Soundbar und das ist zwar erfüllt aber ansonsten vom zusätzlichen Klang nur ok. Reicht für einen kl. Raum. Reaktionszeit der Fernbedienung ist nicht gut,man muss immer mehrfach drücken bis sie reagiert. Würde mich das nächste Mal für was anderes entscheiden.
