    I love these fitness bands, they have lovely colours and come with a storage bag. All 5 resistance bands have different strengths and stretchabilility, which cater for all levels of fitness. I am very pleased with this product, and highly recommend.

    .....but I think a bit short. I didn't buy for fitness regime but to replace the exercise ones from my physio. The latter weren't a loop, rather a strip, hence my minor niggle. But otherwise they are good.

    A set of resistance bands I'd be using for years recently snapped unexpectedly so I was on the hunt for a replacement. Having looked around Bolo, these seemed a reasonable price, so I took the plunge and have now used them for several workouts.Overall, they are fine, and will do the job for certain types of exercises. It's good to have a range of weights and the colour-coding is helpful in telling them apart. There is also a little leaflet inside with recommended exercises, which I am sure is helpful if you are a beginner.They don't, however, warrant a five-star review as they really are very thin and I worry they won't be particularly long-lived as a result. Also, the bands themselves are on the short side which is a bit of an issue if – like me – you are trying to use them in conjunction with a TRX or similar for pull-down exercises.

    Personnellement, je prends le plus facile à tirer, mais c'est très bien, il y en a pour tout le monde, du plus fort au moins fort... pour ma part, suite à mon opération de l'épaule, le plus léger me permet de me tenir en forme et faire quand même fonctionner mes membres... parfait pour moi..

Dieses Set besteht aus fünf Fitnessbändern aus 100% Naturlatex und wird mit einer Übungsanleitung auf Deutsch geliefert.Das Erste, was mir an diesen Fitnessbändern gefallen hat, ist die Vielseitigkeit des Sets. Mit fünf verschiedenen Widerstandsstufen kann ich mein Training individuell anpassen und verschiedene Muskelgruppen gezielt trainieren. Die Bänder sind einfach zu verwenden und ermöglichen eine große Bandbreite an Übungen für ein Ganzkörpertraining.Die Qualität der Fitnessbänder ist ebenfalls beeindruckend. Sie bestehen aus hochwertigem Naturlatex, der strapazierfähig und langlebig ist. Auch nach wiederholtem Gebrauch behalten die Bänder ihre Elastizität und reißen nicht.Die beigefügte Übungsanleitung auf Deutsch ist sehr hilfreich, besonders für Anfänger. Sie enthält eine Vielzahl von Übungen mit Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen und klaren Illustrationen, die das Training erleichtern.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Tragbarkeit der Fitnessbänder. Sie sind leicht und kompakt, sodass ich sie problemlos überallhin mitnehmen kann – sei es ins Fitnessstudio, auf Reisen oder einfach nur in den Park.Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit den Fokky Fitnessbändern. Sie bieten eine effektive und vielseitige Möglichkeit, zu Hause oder unterwegs zu trainieren, und sind sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene geeignet.
