5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect - really solved a lot of hassle.
I do a lot of field recording and sometimes I don’t want to lug around a large tripod. This is where this came in to play. I’ve have this small little device in my bag with my small recorders and I can clamp the recorders onto most surfaces easily. You can also be very creative with positioning microphones with this.I’ve also found it really useful for use with cameras too for the same reasons. It’s light enough to not become cumbersome in my bag - portable and, most importantly, very stable and secure when tightened to a surface. This means I can be confident my equipment is in safe hands at all times. It’s metal, strong and durable and a very reasonable price. I’ve definitely got my moneys worth out of it and then some. It’s also extremely stable and doesn’t rattle at all - which is especially important when using this with recorders so you don’t get any rattling sounds on the audio.Perfect. I’ll likely get another one or two of these at some stage so I can leave the tripods at home more often.

Lovely little versatile clamp. Ideal for those situations where you may need a tripod but don't want to carry one. It's quite sturdy being metal, and even holds my heavy 90D securely. Great for nighttime / low light shooting, just clamp it to a bench, tree branch, sign post, table etc. Great value.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works great!
Well made and very strong. Mounted to the side of a boat without worry using a long extended mount. Great to use alongside my insta 360 x4 and invisible selfie stick
5.0 out of 5 stars Made of metal
Absolutely amazing product, really sturdy and solid, much better than plastic mobile phone holder, I have bought another one, so I have one for mobile phone and another for my action camara. Definitely recommend this to anyone who want decent phone or action camara holder
4.0 out of 5 stars sturdy camera clamp.
This is a well built camera clamp, I use this for my actio camera and my phone that I both clamp to my mountain bike. This hold very well and I fell my equipments are more safer.
5.0 out of 5 stars Just the job!
You know how it is, you know what you want, but what is it called? and where could you buy it if it existed?Once again Bolo comes to the rescue, a quick search and there it is, the very thing. Not cheap plastic but strong well made alloy. Not slip and so adjustable. Delighted with my purchase.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great solid clamp
Very solid built and strong, works perfect for that I wanted, grips well and attaches to anything you want, great angles and holds my mobile phone and action cameras perfectly. The clamp is strong and attachment is strong and grips well with no slippage which is what you want with a camera grip. Would recommend amongst the thousands out there. Good price and I think worth paying a bit extra for a good grip strong product especially when you are attaching expensive equipment to it.
3.0 out of 5 stars Dissapointing
I've quite a few C-clamps for the various bits of kit I use but needed one with a 3/8" thread to fit a gimbal mount to a cross arm. This looked ideal and after the first arrived and I'd checked the build quality I ordered a second as it seemed fine.First off let me say that if you only need what you see it is a reasonable clamp, quality on a par with other nmanufacturers like Smallrig, Neweer etc so a bit better than the cheap & nasty stuff.However....If you need that 3/8" socket you will struggle as you cannot remove the magic-arm bit thats mounted in the 1/4" socket so it's very limited access and you will have to check that you can get whatever you need it for in the thread past that 1/4" bolt of the magic-arm bit..The reason for the problem ? Well, there is not only thread lock compound on the 1/4" screw thread itself but a 1mm lock bolt about 0.5" long going through the 1/4" mounting bolt. Why two methods Ulanzi ?Granted you have been thorough but you have severely limited this clamps usefullness. One fixing method was sufficient, and whatever method chosen you should be able to remove the arm from its mount. As it is, you have also used soft metal for the lock bolt whose head strips quite easily leaving no feasible method of removal.I got the bolt out on second one after the one on the first clamped had stripped at the lightest of torque. Ridiculous given it's inaccessable location.Even after I had got the bolt out on the second one I couldn't get the 1/4" thread on the magic-arm to come loose & considering the issues I'd already found I wasn't risking damaging it trying as I'd already decided I was sending both the brackets back.So they have both been returned and I bought a couple by another brand whose i'd already purchased before, sadly they don't have the 3/8" thread for the gimbal so I will have to get the tools out and bore-out and re-tap the hole to the larger size.A potentially good product but an oppurtunity wasted by poor design.
The best tool.
Thats the best tool to have if you travel and record videos. I make vlogs this. with the solid clip tool is so useful as i can clip it anywhere easily and adjust. And also the quick release system is amazing.
