    Having had blood work done I was informed I was deficient in Vitamin D, Iron, and Potassium.I was told by my Dr I would be on Vit D and Iron for the next 6 Months at least, until my bloods reached a suitable level. Lacking in all the above was giving me really bad joint pain, anyway, I went back to my Dr and he suggested I was also Low in Calcium. I asked how I could "Fix" this and he suggested "Drinking more milk" I hate milk. Anyway, I researched a little and these Magnesium pills popped up as being beneficial and activating the Vitamin D. So, 8 days in I can say I am noticing a positive difference in my energy and mood.I'm going to buy another packet. I will update on my progress.

    Taste - not that nice really.Comfort - if using a running belt, you can’t feel them in there but big enough to find if running.No side effects!Value for money is good as you get 30 in the pack.

    The flavour is very good. I have tried similar products that can be salty but this was is not. Each piece is really easy to bite into and swallow even whilst running. They come in their own individual packets which I like for putting in my running belt without any worries. The packets are so easy to rip open whilst running too

    I purchased this because of the reviews. It's a shame they don't do more flavours, but my main issue is that this is just far too sweet. You have to drink so much water to compensate and to have to take 3 of these just makes it too sickly and that's saying alot from someone that has a sweet tooth! Not sure if I'll buy again.

    Der Dauersportler hat sich seit dem Naschen dieser Gummidrops nicht mehr über Krämpfe beschwert. Davor schon. Er trainiert bis zu 3 Stunden. Kann also nicht nicht wirken...

    Habe die heute mit genommen für meinen 13km Lauf.Hat sehr gut geholfen und ich hatte bis zum immer noch lust und Energie.Schmeckt auch gut und kann man auch während des Laufen gut essen.Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.👍🏾
