These sports bars are big and filling, they taste good, the are easy to digest, and they have a good nutrition profile. Usually, I'm not a big fan of protiein bars, I find their taste too "chemical/artificial", the have poor nutrients (i.e. high protein but also very high fat), and they upset my stomach without filling me up.These Bolo Amfit chocolate hazelnut bars are the very opposite. They are not too sweet, the taste is natural andy you can the flavours, the texture is a bit dense/slighly chewy but that is normal and still not bad. The size of these bar is big compared to average (from the images it's very hard to understand) and they are very easy to digest (I ate a bar between a streght workout and a 10km run and I had zero gut/stomach issue!!). Last but not least, the nutrition profile is perfect to me, low in (long-to-digest) fat, high in proteins and high in carbs which make this bar a good friend for both post-workout and pre-workout.

Well, what can I say about these. The taste is ok if not slightly chemically but within an hour of them my stomach felt like it was being inflated from the inside and what was released was the most horrendous flatulence. I tried to blame the dog but her indoors was having none of it. Ended up banished to the garden shed for the evening which in a way was a positive result

Tried all 3 flavours. Dark chocolate and raspberry very tasty, reminds me of a raspberry ruffle. I have half after my lunch, and other half after my dinner. Hits the spot when I’m looking for a sweet treat. Not bad protein content. Very dense and chewy , would struggle with eating a whole 1 in one. Good price. Quick delivery. My go to protein bar

Par rapport à d'autres barres au même prix, le goût est vraiment bon. Personnellement, je trouve que le chocolat noisette est particulièrement savoureux grâce à la couche supérieure où l'on retrouve des morceaux de noisette. La partie inférieure, qui contient les protéines, est similaire à celle des autres barres, mais l'ajout de noisettes rend le tout vraiment agréable au goût.

Han cambiado el formato, no recuerdo si el peso por barrita era el mismo o es justo lo que noto con las nuevas. Antes era pesado porque era muy denso. Ahora es más sencillo de tomar, pero se hace más corto.

Wow. Das meiste der Konkurrenz schmeckt halt einfach künstlicher oder ist deutlich teurer beim gleichen Proteingehalt. Für den Preis und die Menge kann man nur volle Punktzahl geben. Der Geschmack ist Bombe und kommt sehr nah an "normale" Snacks ran, ist lediglich etwas zäher beim kauen was aber nur für frische Ernährungsumsteller gewöhnungsbedürftig sein sollte. Wer extra, schnell verspeiste und leckere Proteine braucht ist hier perfekt bedient.
