    Flavour is not so bad. After 3 weeks I started to notice that my skin feel firmer and glowing. Started to take to support joints and cartilage during runs.

    This is a great product and form of collagen. 30 days supply, you use the scoop inside to take 2 scoops per day, added to water, or any other type of liquid. There are no instructions on the product label. So I used the product description. Firstly, the product smells so gross! It is not just a fishy smell, I can't describe it really, damp, like washing that's been left in the machine too long, or a dishwasher that hasn't been turned on for days. It's really disgusting! If you can get over that, then actually, it doesn't taste half as bad as it smells. I added two scoops to 200ml of water to start with, this is too much water really, the powder dissolves very quickly and easily so I'd suggest the smaller the drink the better! The taste wasn't great either. I have since decided to add the two scoops to my coffee and it is ok, the taste of coffee far outweighs any taste that you might find unpleasant from the powder.For the price, I think this is ok. Collagen products are expensive, this is using pure hydrolysed fish collagen and the dose is a very high 1000mg. I am finding since I am the wrong side of 40, this product is benefitting my hair, skin and nails especially. But being an active person, this is good for joints and muscles which require daily repair. I knocked the star off for the awful pong!! Otherwise, it's a good form of collagen.

    This isn't a bad collagen supplement by any means. I do feel it's overpriced in comparison to other offerings currently for sale in Bolo (e.g., I use a competitor's collagen at half the price of this one). It smells OK - I have a strong sense of smell and it didn't smell fishy in the slightest. Tastes fine in a Bulletproof Coffee. 2 things to note:1. The dose is quite small. I normally take double the recommended dose to ensure I get sufficient protein and also to get a decent effect from any collagen brand (my hair then grows like crazy and nobody believes in as old ad I am, lol).2. Collagen needs to be taken alongside vitamin c for it to be effective.

    This collagen powder contains 10000mg of collagen, in two, of the included, measurement spoons, and this is 10 grams of collagen. Studies have proven that to see the effects of taking collagen you need to take between 2.5g to 15g a day. Lots of tablets that are on the market have 800mg or 1000mg of daily doses, and I must say that they do not work for me in any noticeable way.This powder works for my joints, and helps with my skin, and is definitely worth the price, if anything just for the amount of collagen in contains. On top of this, it is also GMO-free, and because it is a pure powder, it does not have the addition of dairy, soya, corn or gluten that can be found in the shells of many tablets.The tub will last for thirty days, taking two spoons a day, and for the price of £29.99 (at the time of writing this review), it is definitely worth it. To make a big saving you, can get it on Subscribe & Save and pay less than £26 for it.The powder is dissolving in water very well, and leaves the water with a mild yellow colour to it. As for the taste, it is made from fish bones and has a slight taste to it, but I got used to it pretty quickly and I do not mind it now. There is no lingering aftertaste once you have consumed it.

    The flavour isn't really to my liking. Unless I dilute it in a lot of water, it just has a weird fish/rotten taste. The dosage for this is standard but I usually consume 15g/15000mg, so I won't get much value from this. This is also very pricey so it's really hard to recommend this. I managed to use this whole tub and I definitely noticed the benefits it has on my skin and joints.
