I like curry. And I probably don't have the best diet. But I can continue to ignore the inevitable repercussions of this by using a bidet - in seriousness though we all get "irritatio" from time to time and a bidet does seem a sensible alternative to TP. Now I'm an electrician by trade, but obviously this is the superior trade so naturally plumbing is child's play. It's provided with a flexible hose and Tee for easy DIY installation. However my toilet is concealed cistern and I didn't want a stupid hose poking out a hole I butchered in my back panel. So - I formed some chrome 15mm pipe to a 90 degree. I then ordered from BES a 3/8" coupler (this is the thread size on the bidet) and a 15mm-3/8" isolator. As per the picture I then installed this neatly, disappearing into the boxing. On this note - the provided flexi does have a slight downside, in that the nut does start to spoil the plastic - I learned this when mocking up the first one - so using a 3/8" coupler or extension piece overcame this issue. In terms of service I have to say I'm impressed. I did all this, fitted the first one then turned the water on - to find it was faulty and water leaked out the handle. After having a fit of rage I proceeded to contact the supplier - who almost immediately dispatched me a new one - this really impressed me. It's not fitted and working perfectly.In conclusion this is a great product and easy to fit for a diyer or can be integrated to a more professional setup if you're suitably competent. And to boot my bum has never felt better.

So firstly installing is a doddle, very easy, although I am a tradesman, I would say it's a moderate DIY job, easier than changing a radiator but harder than swapping a tap.I was scared to use it as I was unsure of the water angle and whether it would just go everywhere but it's actually aligned really well, still a bit of a shock when you first use it, with it's very powerful spray and high level of accuracy let's just say it was a little intrusive when I first used it, but just don't slam it straight into full power and it's fine.The only issue which I feel may arise it the thinness of the plastic, seems very flimsy where the control dial is, but it might be fine, maybe in a few years we'll upgrade to a stronger one if this is ever an issue.Tldr: it's accurate and strong pressure, it's very effective at its job and its easy to install, plastic is thin but not sure if that will be an issue

Having one of these installed and fitted is an absolute game changer. I'd give it 5 stars, but the supplied T-Junction was leaking so I had to buy a replacement. I also added a backflow preventer for extra safety, and it’s been working perfectly, leak-free for several weeks.I strongly recommend installing proper backflow prevention if you buy this bidet. UK plumbing regulations require protection against backflow to prevent contamination of the water supply (e.g., waste water from a blockage getting into your fresh water). While some bidets have built-in safeguards, this model doesn’t, so adding a backflow preventer valve is inexpensive, helps protect your water supply, and keeps your installation compliant with UK law.

It's very good, easy to install and the material is of very good quality. The only enhancement that i'd suggest is adding an option of wider water flow. it has already two but the difference between them isn't that big.

The product is very nice. It might work better in our downstairs toilet because of the water pressure. Because the water pressure is not strong, there is little difference between the back and the front "fountain". In fact, when I first experienced a bidet attachment it was in Turkey - a simple old tap arrangement that had just the one "fountain", and you had control over the power of it, and that was fine. So discreet that no-one else noticed it! Unlike this one, which could cause visitors, and especially children, to ask what it is.It fits well but the toilet seat keeps coming off. I'm not sure that continuing to screw it up will do the trick. It's a "soft close" toilet seat. I wonder whether anyone else has this problem. Nothing wrong with the product. It is very nice.

The product itself is excellent, as it has always been. Ordered this one after the old one cracked when something heavy fell on it. Unfortunately, they have changed the sizing on the ends of the connector tube from 3 years ago (same brand, same model), meaning we had to redo the entire installation. Would have a been a LOT easier if the tube and dimensions were kept the same over time, even if the design of the actual thing itself was updated. Also not great that the new connection on the bidet itself is plastic rather than the previous metal.
Works so well, I bought two!
As soon as I installed my new bidet, I was so excited to try it out. I had always heard great things about them and was curious to see what the hype was all about. And let me tell you, this thing is amazing! It's so easy and simple to use, and it makes you feel really clean. Plus, it's thin so you hardly even notice it's there. This particular model only cleans the back, but that's all I need. The front doesn't get too dirty anyway. Thank goodness for self-cleaning mode, because that would be a pain to have to clean every time. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase!

installé en 1min et genial à l'usage. Essayé c'est l'approuver et en installer partout ! sur le meme principe il faudrait une sorte de seche cheveux adapté a la cuvette , pour secher par en dessous l'entrejambe. (ca s'appelle des wc japonais il me semble mais le prix est fois 25 ).Dernier point, le jet deau froide a soulagé et fait quasiment disparaitre toute expression douloureuse des vaisseaux sanguins de la zone concernée ( avant il y avait une pub TV .."préparation H"!!). Mon medecin mavait conseillé bassine deau froide / vaseline pour calmer. je prefere 10000 FOIS ce jet deau. je recommande.
