Husband loves his Christmas present. The wrong guitar was originally sent on it’s own. An easy return took place and the starter kit arrived swiftly only to find out the gig bag was missing. Contacted Yamaha that was difficult as the options are many and actually speaking to someone has not happened yet. Bolo say it’s Yamahas issue. I agree. Might have to send it back if this can’t be sorted as bag is additional £32.

Bought for my daughter’s birthday and the bag is missing - Tried to call the support line provided and Yamaha reception does not pick up - it’s an endless loop of options when you cannot get through. Not something I expect from a big brand - very disappointed and don’t want to return the item given it’s a present - All I want to do is prove the purchase and have Yamaha send out a bag, but judging on previous purchasers with the same issue it sounds like a headache.

Lo he recibido un día después de los previsto pero en general está todo muy bien, es una guitarra excelente para iniciar, cuerdas de metal y buen sonido, buen pedestal y el forro bastante bueno (Básico), el afinador un poco complicado pero con una buena app para afinar estará bien.

The guitar looks neat and good, the tuner is indeed not very good, if you really are a beginner and do not know how to play the musical scale, you will not be able to tune it perfectly (especially the 4th and 5th chord). That was not an issue for me but be careful as the fretboard is very narrow, not suitable for someone with big hands, I would say it’s a good guitar for a lady or for a teenager, not for an adult (unless you have small hands and thin fingers).As I said, quality is good, nicely packed, the tuner is not an issue as you can find good ones around in music shops. I liked the fact that the guitar is not made in China like most of the products nowadays, though it is still from Asia. I returned it for different reasons, the dimensions should be written or showed somewhere if you’d ask me.

Prodotto dall’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per iniziare ad imparare a suonare la chitarra acustica!Set ‘entry level’ acquistato seguendo il consiglio di un maestro di chitarra. Il prodotto è arrivato integro in tutte le sue parti e con tutti gli accessori. Anche la scatola esterna era perfettamente integra. Le corde vibrano un pochino, ma ad un mese dall’acquisto non ho riscontrato nessun problema o difetti nè nella chitarra (la utilizzo quasi tutti i giorni per un tempo che va da 1 a 3 ore), nè negli accessori. Acquisto consigliato.
