Wow the Temptations are still doing it.Through out r and b history great groups changed personally.The original temps Ruffin,Franklin,Williams and Kendrick's were the tops.Then Dennis Edwards Ali Ollie Woodsen ,Richard Street.Dont forget the great Ron Tyson.Otis you have left a great legacy.sorry for leaving out other great members.sublime.

Not what I was expecting from this group , had heard a track on the radio and ordered the cd ,very disappointing mix of tracks the only ones worth listening to are tracks 3 and 9 ,the rest are terrible ! If you want a truly beautiful cd with fabulous meaningful songs that flow into each other then purchase the Phoenix Rising cd .

I just love this music and like having my own copy on hand.
Great album
This album is well worth a listen ( repeatedly ).The Temptations in various incarnations have been a part of my life since 1960, this album is really good, a great blend of older style and a rich new feel.As a track "When we were kings" really hits the spot."Come on" is a must listen, giving a brief insight to Otis Williams words of thanks to many people.Overall this album does not disappoint.

The Temptations in ihren (beinahe schon) nicht mehr zählbaren "Inkarnationen" seit ihrem Bestehen, offiziell seit 1961 (!!!), und seinerzeit noch mit DAVID RUFFIN und EDDIE KENDRICKS am Start, später dann dem phänomenalen Sänger DENNIS EDWARDS in den 1970er auf ihrem kreativen Zenit unter der Führung von NORMAN WHITFIELD, transformierten von Jahrzehnt zu Jahrzehnt & blieben IMMER "up to date"!OTIS WILLIAMS, das einzige noch lebende Original-Gründungsmitglied der 'Temps' ist immer noch der "Zeremonienmeister", der die Fäden zusammenhält.Aktuell bestehen die 'Temps' aus vier wunderbaren, einzigartigen und in ihrer jeweiligen stimmlichen Disziplin zum Besten, zum ALLERBESTEN zählend, was im Bereich MODERN SOUL und FUNK derzeit möglich ist; abgesehen von THE O'JAYS natürlich!RON TYSON, TERRY WEEKS, WILLIE GREENE und eben OTIS WILLIAMS liefern mit diesem Album ihr bestes Album seit gut 25 Jahren ab. Es 'grooved', es ist funky, es ist manchmal ruhig und sentimental; kurzum es ist das INSPIRIERENDSTE ALBUM der letzten Jahre; neben dem EXQUISITEM Debüt-Album von CELESTE!
