    The bike came well packed with no damage to any parts. Bike instructions to put the bike together were easy to follow. I’ve had this bike about a month now with many rides and no issues to report. Very good.

    This bike was either a returned item or old stock. It took more than a month of going back and forth and hours of attempts with echelon customer service to get the right software set up. I couldn’t use it with the subscription for classes until this was all fixed. Everything they suggested didn’t work and when I got upset, they said I was being unreasonable. There was no compensation for all the time wasted. And to return it, you have to take all the bits of the bike apart again (quite a significant number) and pack each exactly how it was delivered (presuming you’d stored a huge amount of plastic, polystyrene and cardboard. Very unsatisfactory product and service. Wish I’d gone with peloton despite being much more expensive or looked at other options

    The actual bike is amazing! Sturdy, solid, smooth, very easy to assemble. The tablet however that I purchased with this model is appalling so please don't spend the additional £200 but use your existing tablet or purchase a decent one. When it eventually picked up my home WiFi (only with the use of a WiFi extender might I add) I was logged on for probably no more than 5 minutes before it shut down. It also does not save the WiFi password which is a real inconvenience every time. As I said, bike amazing, particularly for that price, tablet utter rubbish. I have since exchanged this model for the bike only and received a refund for the tablet, cannot fault Bolo, thank you.

    I bought this for my brother for Christmas last year because he saw my Echelon bike (the EX-5s) and loved it. He's not a serious cyclist like I am, so the Sport is perfect for him. He uses it everyday. And the integrated touchscreen is perfect for doing classes with the Echelon app.
