Used this to remove oil from my motorcycle after accidentally over filling. Did the job perfectly and saved me from having to drop all the oil. It's very simple to use, however the plunger seems to be rather tight at the bottom of the tube so takes a bit of effort to get moving. There were no leaks other than a few small drops from the end of the tube when I removed it from the sump. Not sure how often I'll use it but it's there if needed.

The item arrived suitably packaged. It was not damaged and was inspected for its quality and ease of use. The tubes are easy to connect and disconnect by pressing the blue collar. The cap over the end of the tube is a nice touch to prevent soiling of other items. There are 2 spare seals for the syphon. Though not used with engine oil yet, it seems very suitable for the job it wad purchased and good value when compared to others.

Bought to extract oil from Mountfield motor mower without sump drain plug. Well made and sized but no instructions on putting into service. Needed to be fully dismantled to free up plunger which initially seemed to be seized. Could then fit extraction tubing and use.

Originally bought to remove oil from my L200 engine but before I had a chance to use it , we had a blocked kitchen sink. Sink plunger didn’t work so tried this. Brilliant, plenty pressure to break up and dislodge most of the gunge before I stripped all the pipe work for a thorough clean. Extension tube was a perfect size to go down through the holes in the sink drainer. Wife was so impressed that she decided to buy one herself for the house while I got mine back for myself.

I bought this product to remove excess brake fluid from my car, but it turned out to be an absolute waste of money, and caused me more hassle than it's worth!Once you've sucked up the fluid you're trying to extract, it completely looses suction and any liquid that has been extracted pours back out!I found this out the hard way as brake fluid came pouring out of the syringe, all over my engine bay!So I spent more time cleaning up the mess, than getting the job done!!!I'd have been better of with a cheap Turkey baster! Terrible product, do not buy!

I really like this syringe, it's very useful. The seal on the plunger seem very good and the quick release fitting for the tubes is a nice touch.But my only complaint is how sticky the plunger is and tough to get moving it is if left fully down.I have tried fully cleaning it after use and greasing the o rings with a lubricant but the very next time I go to use it, stuck again...I have now taken to leaving the plunger part way up so I can push as well as pull to get it moving.The downside to that is it now takes up more room in the tool box.But it works well and us not a bad price..

I bought this product to clean out the drain channels on my Volvo C70. It worked like a dream and will get used again when the job needs to be done. The quality of the product is really good and it is easy to assemble. I like that you get some spare rubber seals to keep the product going if the original one fails.

La he utilizado para meter en una caja de cambios y en un diferencial aceite 75w90, chupa bien el aceite y lo expulsa correctamente, la única pega es que el tubo de plástico es demasiado rígido y tuve que ir a un bazar a buscar una manguera más blanda que poder empalmar para poder meter el aceite en el agujero ya que no daba el tubo que trae para hacer una pequeña curva. Por suerte encontré un tubo de goma que utilizan en construcción para sacar niveles y entraba perfecto el tubo de la bomba dentro de la manguera de goma, pudiendo meter el aceite con facilidad. De Erica haber comprado la bomba de medio litro en lugar de la más pequeña, es más útil y no cuesta más meter o sacar el aceite.
