I recently purchased the NOVOO USB C Docking Station with high hopes of achieving a seamless triple monitor setup for my MacBook and other USB-C laptops. However, upon receiving the product, I was extremely disappointed to find that the USB C port provided is only for power and does not support any monitor connections. My monitor is Dell 49" u4919dw.After numerous messages with Novoo's customer support, they tried their best to help my but unfortunately nothing worked for my monitor.Even though this product didn't work with my setup, their support was excellent.

4.0 out of 5 stars Bought in Feb23, it is Jan24 and non of the USB ports work
It was working fine on the begoininf, there were some glitches where my laptop wasn't picking up extra monitors instead it was displaying the same on all of them, however wasn't sure this was down to this product. Now there are more problems, none of the USB ports work for some reason, they were fine, I used micro SD card reader to access some photos, this went smoothly but then USB ports stopped working. Very weird as there are 4 of them, non of them respond to anything, but everything else seems to be working.Needless to say I am disappointed with the product as I will have to buy something else nowUpdate :The seller reached out to me and I received a full refund, I was not asked to review my comment (which I wouldn't do if I was asked). We need to appreciate honest sellers and I am happy with the refund as I could buy myself a replacement product. Hence I added a few stars to show respect back. I would recommend the sellers that are willing to put things right. We can't expect the world to be perfect, things break but as long as there is a remedy and sellers are forthcoming then we need to rely on those. As a result I would recommend the seller as even though I was not lucky with the product it doesn't mean the product is not worth buying. And definitely we have to appreciate good sellers!

I had high expectations for this small adapter, hoping it would seamlessly connect my laptop to my second monitor and provide an Ethernet connection. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but trouble. Despite its price of over 40 euros, the HDMI ports are of poor quality, leading to video lag and blackouts. I've ruled out cable issues as the cause. Adding to the frustration, the audio on my second monitor now sounds echoey when played from my laptop through the adapter. Another issue which is shared by other customers it seems is overheating issues, this adapter gets extremely hot which is quite concerning considering I have only two cables plugged in at the one time. FUTURE CUSTOMERS, YOU MAY SEE 5000 GOOD REVIEWS BUT PLEASE LISTEN TO THE FEW HONEST POOR REVIEWS.

This suited my requirements to connect my laptop directly to a router and one or more monitors, as well as a keyboard and mouse. Worked perfectly, compact and easy to use.

Compact and not too bad but missing a few essential ports. There is only one USBc port and there is no aux port.Who needs 2 memory card ports instead of a USBc port? also, the USBc charging is quite sketchy. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

The docking station is easy to set up and works but every few minutes all my connected screens turn off and then back on after 30 seconds. Not the best you can buy but for the price you can’t expect the best.

Mein HP Elitebook 840 G7 ist mit zwei 22' HDMI Monitoren über diese Dockingstation verbunden. Funktioniert alles einwandfrei, sogar das Notebook selbst als Dritter Monitor kann mitbenutzt werden. Schneller und unkomplizierter Aufbau. Da mein Notebook über keinen LAN Anschluss verfügt, wird auch dieser über die Dok genutzt. Die Wärmeentwicklung während des Betriebs ist im Rahmen. Alles in einem ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und Kompatibilität mit HP. Ich hatte fast befürchtet das ginge nicht. Mal schauen wie der Langzeittest ausfällt.

Connecté sur un Dell 5411.Le connecteur tient fermement dans le port USB-C.Le boîtier en aluminium fait de bonne facture.Tout fonctionne correctement :- La sortie HDMI sur un écran 1920 x 1200.- Tous les périphériques connectés ont été reconnus sans problème (clavier, souris, dongle de casque audio (Jabra Link 370), clés USB 2 ou 3, disque dur externe USB 3, carte mémoire SD).- Transfert rapide sur la copie de fichiers depuis ou vers les périphériques de stockage USB externes (30 secondes pour la copie d’un fichier de 2Go d’un disque dur externe USB-3 vers le laptop, et du laptop vers le disque dur externe, taux de transfert de 70mo/s).Acheté en remplacement d’un autre adaptateur (même prix) qui était censé faire HDMI, VGA, USB, et chargeur USB-C, et pour lequel seul le HDMI et VGA fonctionnaient (ni l’USB ni la recharge du laptop en USB-C ne fonctionnaient).C'est à priori un bon choix.
