    I've been taking two capsules a day after breakfast for nearly two months and have noticed an improvement in my skin. It looks smoother and brighter which is very welcome in my 70's!It's too early yet to comment on any effect on my hair (for which I had originally bought them for as I'd read about the benefits of millet) but I'm sure that as I carry on taking the capsules I will notice it.The capsules do have a smell but really not offensive, just a natural earthy aroma. I've not had any problems taking them.I'll update this review in another month or two regarding my hair and nails!

    The smell is definitely terrible for these vitamins but if you can get past that, I've been using these pills for a little over a month now and my hair seems a lot healthier and is growing slowly but surely, and more than it would typically grow. If you struggle to grow your hair with regular hair skin and nail pills, I recommend these.

    Je vous assure je pensais comme beaucoup en lisant les commentaires pouvoir faire l'impasse sur l'odeur, mais non c'est pas possible le soucis en soit c'est pas l'odeur même si vraiment ça sent pas bon c'est qu'après la prise vous avez des rots avec l'odeur des gélules (produit souffré methionine cysteine) ça la ca peut littéralement vous faire vomir mais du coup ça vous retourne l'estomac donc vous avez envie de vomir pendant 2 ou 3h, j'avais envie de me faire rembourser clairement je me sens arnaquer car au final le produit est ouvert donc on peut pas le renvoyer. Et les commentaires datant de 2021 mentionnait l'odeur, 3 ans plus tard aucun changement...

    You can REALLY smell the Selenium

    If you bought this product and didn't know what selenium smelled like before, trust me, you do now. It's the ingredient that has the strong "fishy" smell. There's also a sweet-ish smell that I can't identify so I'm going to assume it is the millet extract.The biotin content on the label is listed in milligrams (mg) instead of micrograms (mcg), and seeing the "10mg" threw me for a loop at first since I'm used to seeing biotin measured in micrograms. I was interested in this product because it contains millet extract, which is one of the ingredients in a certain popular hair growth product that increased hair growth for me. I'm taking this with shark cartilage, another ingredient in the popular hair growth supplement (although I take that one on an empty stomach) to try and make my hair and eyelashes grow faster and longer. Selenium is also supposed to help with hair growth (and your thyroid!) so I'm glad this has it, although boy, it sure does remind me. I can smell it when the bottle is closed and a foot away from my face, lol! I don't mind it though, I'm just pointing it out for anyone who may be sensitive to smells. I'll have to update again in a few months if I notice anything.
