    First of all, these pills are too large. And you are supposed to take 3 of them daily. They are not soft gel as they say, but hard pills.After using them for one month, I feel terrible. They messed me up completely from the first day, but I thought I would get used to them. Unfortunately I cannot keep taking these, they are not safe for everyone it seems.Lastly, since the pills are huge, so is the bottle. It takes up sooo much space. Worst, the bottle doesn't close safely, so I would be worried about the pills going bad fast.Overall a terrible choice, I absolutely regret this.
