    Good quality product, thick strong plastic, buttons solid and feel good to press. Doesn't leak. Easy to clean. Smells nice, and let's off a nice relaxing scent. Easy to turn on and off, several light colours to use depending on your mood. Comes with a lot of scents which have lasted a really long time. Works exactly how it's ment too.

    UPDATE: I contacted seller to arrange replacement. They responded within a hour and have arranged a replacement. Great Customer Service! Replacement working so all good.This was a great diffuser, really nice to look at, holds a good amount of liquid and makes the room smell lovely...... However, after 6 weeks it stopped working and smelled of burning. I have requested a replacement so will update my review once I can comment on customer service...

    Really nice looking diffuser, would be handy to have a remote control as well but the buttons are simple enough to control. Easy to clean. It's quiet but makes water droplet sounds when operating which can be calming but annoying to some people. If I plan to put a 3 hour timer on I just put half the amount of water inside because it needs to be emptied and cleaned regularly for hygiene reasons.

    I used this item once and then it stopped working . I have already sent you a message but haven’t heard back . We were happy when we received it so I discarded the box and recycled it so I have no way to return . Can you advise please or can you send a replacement and I can return the original one in the box of the replacement ? Thanks Colette
