    A la fin de la première journée de prise,j'ai eu une légère tension dans le ventre.Le lendemain de la prise,je ressens une TRES TRES FORTE DOULEUR ABDOMINALE ,qui est venue confirmé sur l'origine du produit.Donc "super enzymes" de Now Foods est NUL! N'acheter pas ce produit pour une autre raison,dans la composition il y a de la bétaïne HCL qui est utile uniquement pour les personnes qui ne fabriquent pas assez d'acide chlorhydrique,sinon gare aux brulures et RGO ! L'acide chlorhydrique en excès doit être tamponné par du Bicarbonate de sodium (que le Pancréas produit naturellement pour neutraliser l' HCL entrant dans l'intestin grêle).En 24 H le Pancréas déverse environ 2 litres dans le duodénum (neutralisation essentielle parce que les enzymes sont inactives en condition acide)

    Capsules are a LOT easier to swallow. Otherwise, good product.

    These supplements are seriously really good. I accidentally had ordered them in tablet form (after having had them in capsule form earlier). The tablets are hard to swallow. My first experience with the tablet form was that unfortunately, I had decided to take them before bed and didn't want to drink too much water before sleep. Little did I know the pain I was about to experience a short while later. Apart from this, the contents are fantastic. I will just make sure I order them in capsule form. These tablets make you regular (without being a laxative), have a substance in it that helps maintain healthy stomach acid (one loses the higher level of concentration of stomach acid as we age). We need high levels in order to absorb nutrients well. If one eats a very balanced diet but has low stomach acid, your body would fail to utilise and absorb all those nutrients because of it.I have taken these tablets for over a year now and I wouldn't stop taking them, even if I was a raw food vegan. They are great. The quality is good, and as long as the company doesn't add junk into them, I will keep buying them in the future.

    I'd only reccommend this for folk who have had gallbladder removal surgery and NEED bile supplements. I had heartburn and wanted to see if this would help against that, but it ended up sometimes making it a little worse.
