    I absolutely love this lamp. Its sturdy and of good quality and looks lovely both lit and unlit. It has a 6 hour timer so it will switch itself off after 6 hours and then will switch itself back on again the next evening. Have had it on every night for a few nights now and it’s still nice and bright. 3AA batteriesHighly recommended

    Very disappointed. I am not sure if the item is faulty but the glow is not a glow but rather a very weak ray of light that lights up no room...believe me.... This is the first time I turned the lamp on !!Bought a new bulb and now I have light!! Looks lovely. I would appreciate a bulb replacement. The bulb you sent was not fit for purpose

    Stopped working, checked batteries they were still working tried a new light bulb no joy, don't know what went wrong didn't contact supplier as I really like the lamp I put in a battery powered candle and it gives a lovely ambient glow so decided to keep it.

    It looks very pretty but is completely impractical. The on/off switch is on the base of the lamp, so you literally have to turn it upside down to turn it off and on. The light is not particularly bright, would be functional for a night light but not much else. The bulb is irreplaceable as well, have tried to replace it and although it screws in fine, the lamp then won't switch on at all.Save your money and buy something else.

    After less than two months of use the light from bulb was almost indistinguishable. A week later it was gone. Waiting to hear from the manufacturer following my complaint. Absolutely no use as a light, ambient or otherwise and at £10 a replacement bulb I seem to have bought myself a obsolete glass vase.Update - Manufacturer replacing the whole unit so good customer service. Will see how it performs.
