These come in 3 styles, plain, striped and squared. I use the squared ones to put in my diary to keep a check on my weekly fluid intake. I divide each one into 7 columns, one for each day then check a square for each glass of water I have during the day so I can see at a glance how much I've had. The lined and plain ones I use to decorate pages like the ones demonstrated on YouTube. They are also good to use as normal, easy to write on and big enough to get plenty of info on. Would recommend.

Used these to make my notes somewhat more aesthetic and they really on, some pens dont work on them very well and they can be not that sticky but other than that they are really great.
