So I go these as a nice replacement for my command hooks and that was the mistake right there. Looks wise these are great but the 3M tape on the back is useless. I stuck them up left over night and then hung up items and within 12 hours each one had come away from the wall/door. The one in the bathroom which only had a face towel on it lasted all of 20 minutes. Should have kept the command strip hooks as those worked.

PROS: They seem like sturdy hooks. Applied to tiles which were first cleaned with detergent, then rubbing alcohol, and the adhesive proved very strong, making an immediate strong bond. If they need to go on straight, it's essential to carefully align the edge of each hook before placing it in position, because it can't be moved once it's made contact with the wall. Left for 24 hours before use as instructed and optimistic about them staying on. The protective blue film is tricky to start peeling off, but once torn it is easily rubbed off with a thumb.CONS: Unfortunately the protective film didn't protect them much. 11 out of the 12 received are very scratched. (Last photo shows the only one that isn't scratched - just to show the unscratched finish).
