    Fit for my purpose but not necessarily for yours..This furry 'rug/blanket' is actually a thin mat with faux fur-style material on one side. For me, my purpose is only in taking photos of these, so it is not a major deal hence the mostly positive rating, but if you were to use this as a rug or blanket, you would likely find that it isn't soft enough for you and definitely wouldn't give that soft touch to your toes. It would be worth spending more for a proper faux fur blanket or rug.The underneath is a non-slip surface but I wouldn't want to bet my back that it wouldn't slide on a soft, hard floor.
