With all the time we have been using face masks, we are already experts to judge their comfort after hours of use. Being an FFP3 I think we will use it for less hours because it tends to be more difficult to breathe. Although in this case it has an air outlet valve to make breathing easier.This mask is quite comfortable, which is saying a lot, the rubber bands fit well and are wide so the force is spread over a larger area, which makes it less annoying. They are also lightweight. There is a rubber around the mask that is in contact with the skin. This makes for a better seal, both for incoming and outgoing air. The latter is what allows us to reduce/prevent the goggles from fogging up, which is another of the annoyances of the masks.I have used it for DIY work where I work with fine powders and paint.It ranges in price from 32.99 or 42.99, a significant difference.

Very expensive, uncomfortable - and utterly hopeless with glasses! I tried every which way to make one of these fit - no joy. So, that's another waste of money, and no masks to show for it. If you've got a large round face, no glasses and can breathe through the tiny, inadequate valve, well - go for these. Otherwise, don't bother.

In our family protecting our lungs is a priority, not only because of Covid-19, but because we have a history of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in our family. So ensuring appropriate PPE is essential for any dust generating DIY activities as the risks are high enough without taking any further risks.So these FFP3 masks are ideal for dust generating activities. They are a good fit, though you must ensure you spend sufficient time to get a good fit, or really wearing it becomes a bit pointless. The mask is made from good quality materials, and the seals and filter seem to work well. The straps are very easy to adjust to get the best most secure fit possible, and the face seal works well if you’ve got the fitting right.For DIY dust generating activities these really are single use, but I’d say that’s per activity. If you are sanding a floor over a few days then I don’t think you’d need a new one each day (if that’s the case it’s better to purchase a more robust reusable FFP3 reusable mask with a washable filter).So overall these do the job they are intended to do well. The cost for five isn’t cheap at approximately £6.60 per mask, and cost wise it might be better to in a non disposable FFP3 mask with washable or replaceable filters, but for one off jobs these do work and provide the necessary protection. If wearing this mask saves your lungs it’s definitely worth the investment, thing they do lose a star on value for money, as these are a bit on the steep side and may out off people wearing them, when it could save their lungs. Other than that good mask and do the job intended. .

The price on these does keep fluctuating on an almost daily basis and currently sit at £29 which I'll admit does seem expensive.But these are proper form fitting FFP3 masks with the right adjustments these provide the perfect seal and assure protection against dust or particles which in these days is just about the most important thing in the world for some of us.For my everyday low contact activities such as answering the door or going to the bin-store I use simple face-masks but for my important hospital visits I wear my FFP3 mask and know I am protected, money means nothing to me if I'm not around to share it so these represent great value for me personally.

These masks meet the FFP3 standard and so provide excellent protection against air-borne bacteria or viruses, they are also excellent for protecting the wearer from dust which is more important for some people than others.I find them very comfortable and able to be adjusted to provide a very good seal to the face. However I will not be buying any more of these, especially as they are currently priced at £32.99 for a pack of five, which equates to £6.60 for each mask. This price is higher than I saw FFP3 masks sold for in a local chemist's shop at the start of the pandemic, when such things had risen so much. There are currently packs of 10 such masks offered for £13.99 elsewhere on Bolo, i.e. £1.40 per mask.I just can't recommend these masks, regardless of how good they are when they are almost 5 times as expensive as others.

These masks are fantastic in that they cover your nose/mouth fully therefore offering full protection.The fittings on the masks can be adjusted accordingly depending on how tight you want it to be. I was using these for painting the fences and these worked really well as so there was no chance to breathe in anything. They also work well for people who work in contaminated areas or DIY where you get a lot of dustThe inside has a PVC foam inner face seal which ensures that the mask fits comfortably and the air vent works well in ensuring air goes out.Overall the masks are fantastic and I do wish more were in a pack however they are extremely comfortable and do exactly what they say.

I am going to carry out some construction work to my commercial properties. As a sufferer of allergic rhinitis, I know how important it is to well protect myself when I am inspecting the site. This is absolutely the ideal face mask for my purpose.It is a professional grade FFP3 MASK. It is a cup shaped mask which gives you enough room for your nose and mouth. Nose bridge is preformed to fit. 4-way head straps makes sure it secures properly. Exhalation valve works well to prevent steaming built up on my glasses. Most importantly, it is light and comfortable to wear.
