    This was recommended by my optician, you heat up the bag in the microwave for 30-40 seconds, there is a warm & hot side so you can choose which is comfortable & after wearing for about 10 mins you can massage your eye lids to encourage, the tear ducts to work better.

    My doctor advised that i get this after a recent appointment, i dont know enough about it to say if it is helping with my underlying issues, but i do know that is frankly very comfortable and soothing to use, it blocks out almost all light, is very warm, has just the right amount of weight to it.Frankly its brilliant, the only downside is that it reckons it needs to be replaced after 200 uses or 6 month of daily use.
