    Very strong, definite smokiness. Use sparingly, as it's hugely flavourful, I find a little salty for my taste but still nice to try it. Definitely good for using in a pinch,

    Salt, salt, salt, and more salt. Some smoke. I tried lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to reduce the salt. Nope. Just SALT. Very disappointed.
