The media could not be loaded. Literally took it out the box, hand washed it and gave it to my toddler to try out and it didn’t even work! Extremely disappointing as he and myself was so excited for it. I told him we had to return it because it was broken which he tried to manually pull the nozzle up himself because he didn’t want to “give it back” was actually gonna get another one but thought if it can happen now it can easily happen again and that’s something I can’t be dealing with on a regular basis. This just shows that the quality is poor. Won’t be re purchasing unfortunately. Sad toddler but I’ll try find him something else that actually works.

My 2 year old takes this to nursery everyday. It keeps his water cold and doesn't leak everywhere.unfortunately the button for popping it open often sticks but he figures out a way to open it every time.

The media could not be loaded. Not the best video. Seen a few reviews that said it was hard to clean the straw as the brush won't go through. You need to raise the straw out of the holder and slightly twist so it comes out before cleaning and it's easier to use the straw brush from the under entrance of the lid not where the child drinks from. Great product my 3 year old loves it and so do I. No nasty smells that you would normally get from plastic bottles either. Total win from me 😊😊

My 3yr old has been using the 'purple' one for at least 18 months, we're so happy with it that we are about to get another one for our 1yr old which prompted me to write this review. We've only ever used it for cold water, no issues with leaks or usability. The lock/flip mechanism was initially stiff but loosen slightly with use over time. We've taken it on multiple long trips and holidays abroad and has always functioned as expected.
