I buy this with the light weight moisturiser my skin loves it, I have greasy dull skin & it’s great stuff just so expensive so I only use in the summer with no or limited make up my skin is glowing. In the winter I use a different product & a more intense moisturiser

This is a gel-creme sort of texture, which makes it more lightweight than creams. It spreads well and absorbs quickly. It is reasonably hydrating without being heavy. This makes it good for summer application.I have some mild marks on my skin from previous spots, and they take a long time to fade. This seems to be hastening the process. Not overnight but quicker than without using it.It has only a light fruity sort of scent, which is pleasant without being strong. The chunky little glass bottle is heavy and cute looking, the pump works well and makes it easy and convenient to use. If you're a fan of nice packaging, this would look good on display (or make for a lovely gift).I hope that you've found my review helpful :)

I had high hopes for the Glow Recipe Guava Vitamin C Serum, but it has proven to be a major disappointment. Despite all the glowing reviews and claims, it didn’t deliver the results I expected.Firstly, the serum is heavily fragranced, which might appeal to some, but it irritated my sensitive skin. After a few uses, I noticed redness and slight itching, forcing me to use it sparingly. Skincare shouldn’t prioritise scent over efficacy, especially for products aimed at brightening and hydration.As for the dark spot treatment, I’ve used the serum consistently for over four weeks and have seen little to no improvement. The claims of evening skin tone and reducing hyperpigmentation seem exaggerated. My skin does feel slightly hydrated after application, but not enough to justify the price.The consistency is also quite sticky, and it doesn’t layer well under makeup. It left my skin feeling tacky for hours, which is far from the “glowy” finish the brand advertises.Overall, this product didn’t live up to its promises and felt like style over substance. For the price, there are better vitamin C serums available that deliver noticeable results. I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend this.

The media could not be loaded. Glow Recipe Guava Vitamin C Dark Spot Serum has been a game-changer in my skincare routine. I use it in the morning on clean skin, and the results have been amazing. My complexion is much brighter and more even. The serum is lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving no sticky residue. It’s gentle enough for my sensitive skin, and I’ve had no issues with irritation. The fresh, subtle scent is a bonus. My skin looks healthier and more radiant, and I’ve received so many compliments. Glow Recipe Guava Serum is a must-have for glowing, even-toned skin.

I am a huge fan of most Glow Recipe products so I was more than ecstatic to get my hands on this. I have been on the hunt for a vitamin C serum to help with some skin issues I have been having from.syn exposure.The first time I used this serum I fell immediately in love with it! It comes in such beautiful packaging and the pump lid makes it easy to get the right amount of product. My face has some hyperpigmentation from pregnancy and acne. It is too soon to see any improvement in my hyperpigmentations but this serum definitely helps to brighten my skin tone and give life to my dull skin. It has a smooth texture, has a nice light fruity scent and is absorbed quickly. After using it my skin feels so smooth and appears brighter with a more even skin tone. It does not leave a greasy or sticky residue but feels light on the skin. My skin looks healthy and feels soft.Anyway, it's gentle and considering these serums require consistent use over the course of 3-4 months to see real results, I do think I'll purchase another bottle once this current one is finished.

You should always remember that any serum won’t just work overnight for you. For me, a serum is a big hit if it suits my skin and doesn’t give me any adverse effect. I have been applying it for a month now, every day in the morning. and I do feel that my skin feels hydrated. And it has reduced my dark puffy eye circles. But this is a very small bottle of serum. And for the price its bit expensive. As when I have finally seen the results. The bottle is close to end. So, I have to order it again.

Dirty and out of date product
When got the product as you can see, the packaging is all creased and has foundation marks all over it.The product itself is either fake or old as it is supposed to be a pink colour and it is actually an orange colour.Oxidized vitamin C is useless on the skin and an out of date product is potentially irritating.

Genuinely the best product I’ve ever had for acne scars and dark spots. It’s really evened out my skin tone! I have brown skin and have struggled for years with scarring. I’ve used retinol, AHA&BHA, S.A, even bleaching creams. This really works, smells great and is from a brand I can trust. Also I don’t have a huge budget so I get that this can be a big purchase if you’re unsure. But let me tell you, this product changed my life. This bottle also lasted 2 months and still has product in it. I wouldn’t use it everyday, that won’t make it work faster and you’ll end up wasting some of it. Instead use it 3 -4 times a week with your daily skin routine and be sure to follow up with sun block.But definitely buy this, esp for brown skin!
