    I ordered this in July and it is now January and it broke while taking my dog to the bathroom outside and she escaped. We were frantically trying to catch her. I do not know if we got unlucky and did not get a good one but we love the product it is beautiful so we were very disappointed. We tried contacting costumer service to get a new one or replaced but they did not wanna send a new one hence the one star 😢 if they would have sent a new one I would have rated it 4 stars atleast!Update: costumer service contacted me apologizing for the product having caused so much problems and sent a new one plus some recyclable poop bags they were very nice and fast at sending the products. I have changed it to 5 stars because it is truly a beautiful and well made collar. We love it!

    Joli et de bonne qualité certes, mais gros et lourd pour mon chiot.Le modèle reste large, il aurait dû être plus fin pour la taille la plus petite. C'est dommage.De plus, la petite sangle qui tient la lanière semble Gratter mon chiot.C'est aussi dommage de ne pas pouvoir graver ce qu'on veut sur le pendentif. Ma chienne ne s'appelle pas Nina et pour le prix je trouve cela abusé.

    Great color and packaging. I recommend this for anyone looking for a premium god collar. The only thing I'd recommend changing on the product is the little buckle holder where it does seem easy to fall off (I put a velcro at the end to prevent it from slipping).
