Brought These as a present for my wife for them to turn up and not work so shipped back to the seller over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the refund which nothing has been done not very happy especially with the cost of these

Apalling in every way… casing melted within a year. Customer service not helpful… not worth the huge price tag and a travesty for the once great company, Dyson. Avoid at all costs… overpriced, poor quality, poor customer service… I’m done with Dyson forever!

Bought these 2 years ago ( only used once a week ) and the battery will now only last 1 minute !!!! So totally useless - I’ve contacted Dyson and they really weren’t interested ! Eventually they said I could return them and pay £99 for a refurbished pair !!Really not fit for purpose if they only last 2 years - will go back to GHDs , as I wasn’t really convinced that they were better anyway !Not worth the money at all :(

Broken
My wife was so looking forward to her new Dyson Corrale. She had been talking about it for months because she’s been letting her hair grow longer and she doesn’t want to burn it with cheap straighteners. So I went ahead and got it for her, saw it as an investment (the price is quite high but after all the hype, who can say no!). Anyhow, she unboxed it, followed instructions and started to use it, and as she was straightening a section of her hair, she noticed that one of the plastic guards sealing one of the plates partially came off. We waited for it to cool down and checked it to see if the rest of the guards also come off, but no, they’re hermetically seals; all but that one section of the plate guard. We googled this to see if other people have had the same issue, and sure enough, there are entire threads of buyers having this same problem. So here we are, processing a return form to send it back. What a disappointment. I believe it best to buy directly from Dyson, and for those who can’t, try to find a physical authorized dealer near you to save you the hassle and time in case you have to deal with any issues this gizmo can have.

Die Lieferung erfolgte einen Tag früher als angegeben. Das Glätteisen war mit dicker luftpolsterfolie gesichert und das Paket war durch einen Aufkleber als empfindliche Ware gekennzeichnet. Auch der Artikel ist in einem top Zustand.Durch einzelne, schlechtere Bewertungen hatte ich schon ein bisschen Bauchschmerzen.Glücklicherweise völlig zu unrecht 😊Ich habe hier ein top Produkt zu einem top Preis bekommen, vielen Dank 😊
