Very handy to have the belt. The packs cool quickly in the freezer. They are perfect as they stay cold but don’t burn the skin. The belt is great so you can be hands free. I bought this product to use alongside IVF. I can put the belt on and prepare my injections while the area is cooling. Also very reasonably priced!
