Bought it on offer at £58. Though rrp is £120. First red flag no batteries included at that price point?? Really??Construction seems sound and it does look gorgeous. Though practically doesn’t add up. Everytime I put a bag in there it came out ripped, with or without using the ring system. Ring system (two seperate rings never seems to work). As no batteries I haven’t even used the top part, so I won’t comment on that. Never put it on. However for just for the base bin and using bin bags, It was so much hard work taking the bag out. It shouldn’t be for that price point. The lid opening is easy but you can barely change the bag?? Don’t make sense.

Bonjour,J'ai acheté ce produit en février 2024 et il a déjà 2 problémes majeurs :- le système automatique du couvercle ne fonctionne plus malgré une utilisation normal- le fon de la poubelle est rouillé malgré les sacs poubelles et un nettoyage régulier.Pour une poubelle à ce prix là, cela fait une durée de vie très courte.Le produit est-il garantie ?Est-il possible d'avoir une compensation ? un nouveau produit ?Merci beaucoup
