Thanks to the previous owner we have a slew of GU10 fittings around the house - 32 at a quick count - kitchen, hallway, staircase, upstairs landing, all 3 bathrooms, wife's dressing room, think that's all of them!. All had 50W incandescent bulbs fitted. Over the years I have changed them, initially for the kitchen (8 fittings) to CFL then to LED, a mix of 3 and 4 LED spots and COD (1 square LED) 9-12W bulbs. I bought these a while ago but only tonight fitted some. One kitchen bulb (a 4 LED 12W) was flickering annoyingly so I swopped it for one of these, and when I tested it I could not believe how much better the light was over our main working area - so immediately changed the other 3 on that run to these. The lighting over our main work area is so much better than the previous 3 x 4 LED 12W and 1 x 12W COB LED it's unreal. I now have 1 run of 4 of these on 1 side of the kitchen and 1 run of 4 12W COB bulbs on the other side, and these give much better working light than the 12W COB's and use 1/5th less electricity!If you need flood lighting rather than spot, these are the LED's to buy, I will certainly be buying more!

I bought a dozen of these bulbs. I really liked the very warm colour and their brightness (I was replacing 5 watt bulbs with 10 watt bulbs).In fact I bought another dozen (which should arrive tomorrow). Unfortunately one of the bulbs failed after less than an hour's use. I'm concerned now that their quality is poor. But hopefully it was a one-off bad apple. Time will tell

So far, the bulbs have proven to be good, it remains to be seen whether their lifespan will be as advertised by the manufacturer.

Bought these but no good, they provide a yellow light and not warm white like stated in the advert. No refund or return!! very disappointed.
