    Easy to use instructions except there is a on off knob with no explanation. Temperature stays steady looks good worth the money. Would buy it again.

    We have had a few of these and did have the smaller one but this time went back to a big one.We are a household of 2 but somehow the smaller one needs to be filled all the time.We do use the boiler for adding to soups or other things that need boiling water

    The thing I like about this product is that you can set a time for it to start boiling, then in 45 minutes you have 5Lts of boiling water. ( The timing setting is very easy ) just press the time button for the numbers of hours before you want it to start heating up.Down SideYou cannot use the electric pump until the kettle has boiled which is a bit of a nuisance if you only want a small amount of water. The other thing is the lid is quite heavy for the size of the hinge and it seem it could be a bit of a weak point. Also it would benefit from a balanced spring on the lid to keep it in the open position when filling, you only have to catch it or knock it whilst filling and it will come crash down. All that said I'm pleased with my purchase up to now.

    It was a fast free delivery . Our previous one stopped pouring so this replaced it. Use it all day, top up in the evening and use timer to come on when electricity is cheap in early hours.
