Good headset overall. I like the mute function of just raising the mic, preferable over a button to press. My first headset had a few issues so I contacted the company (directly, not through Bolo) and received some of the best customer service I've experienced before. Would buy from again and highly recommend

As a background, I bought the wireless version of this headset (EKSA H6) with the USB dongle to go with my particular setup - I work across two PCs (one Windows and one Linux) and currently have my mouse, keyboard, webcam & headset linked to the pair of them via a USB-Switch, meaning I can jump from one machine to the next with ease. My current wired headset has an on-ear design and it's really uncomfortable after a while so I was looking for a headset with over-ear cushions instead that was compatible with my setup - even better if it was wireless. Step in the EKSA H6.This headset works seamlessly with my setup and switches, along with my keyboard etc, from my Windows machine to my Linux one within a fraction of a second - voice notifications through the headset tells me when it's disconnecting from one and reconnecting to the other. It's lightweight and is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and the auto-mute function of flipping up the microphone makes it easy to avoid deafening your coworkers with an unexpected cough or sneeze.I use this for voice and video calls via MS Teams and Google Meet and, while it's not as sleek as some more premium headsets on the market, it's not as huge and cumbersome as most of those at the more budget end of the market that I've seen, so I don't feel self-conscious wearing it. The sound quality is acceptable too, bearing in mind I'm only using it to hear my coworkers voices. They obviously don't compare at all to the Bose QC 35 II I have for personal use when listening to music but, for voice calls, they work just fine. Passive noise cancellation from the large, soft ear cushions is pretty good - another reason I prefer this style to an on-ear version as they have an innate ability to stifle outside distractions. Based on short recordings I've made and then listened back to with both this headset and the wired Jabra one it's replacing, the clarity of the mic is admittedly slightly muffled. Concerned about this, I specifically asked a few coworkers about the clarity of my voice on calls, but they feel it's fine so I'm not going to complain too hard.Overall this headset clearly isn't the best on the market, but at £54 it does a good job fitting the bill as a decent headset for making/taking voice & video calls and switching between two different machines at the push of a button. For comparison - to get an over-ear, wireless headset with USB dongle and the crystal-clear sound & mic I'm used to on my current wired Jabra headset, I'd probably be looking at the Jabra Evolve2 85 which come in at north of a whopping £370! Faced with that prospect, I'll happily sacrifice a little sound and mic quality in favour of keeping the difference of £320 in my bank!

Nice headphones, comfy, but once the adapter is downloaded and locked in to my IT system the headphones do not pick up sound, and I cannot communicate with TEAM meeting persons.Very disappointed

It had minor noise cancelling performance. Doesn't work well with loud kids or noises in the background. It disconnects frequently as well. It is only noise cancelling when connectef to the bluetooth. The voice feature when it is muted on or off was also a bit annoying.

It works absolutely flawlessly when connected properly. Really comfortable, performance is excellent and I love that I'm not restricted by the length of my headset lead, as there isn't one. Came with USB-C charger cable, which allows me to charge my handset on breaks if necessary, but it isn't as long battery life. I work 12-13hrs a day taking calls and I feel better with these than my other headset. Comes with a little carry bag for protection against dust and scratches and food etc.
Great product
The only down side is the mic and controls are on the left side which is challenging for a right handed person.

Bon produit et bon support produit
Après avoir longtemps cherché un casque pour faire de longues visioconférence, voici un produit simple, fonctionnel, qui répond à mes attentes. Le fait de pouvoir couper le micro en levant le micro s'avère vraiment très pratique, voire indispensable. Par rapport aux casques avec des boutons, là, on sait immédiatement si le micro est "ouvert" ou "fermé". Le voyant de visualisation est rouge quand une conversation Teams est engagée. Également très pratique pour être immédiatement identifié comme "en communication, à ne pas déranger". Beaucoup de bon sens et d'utilisabilité dans ce casque.Un seul bémol, ce casque n'a pas de retour micro dans les écouteurs. C'est un casque englobant, qui coupe du bruit extérieur, ce qui est top ; mais vu qu'il y a deux écouteurs (contrairement au H1), le casque nous isole de notre propre voix. C'est un peu déroutant, comme de parler avec les mains sur les oreilles. J'ai essayé d'autre casques, mais je préfère ce désagrément mineur tout en bénéficiant de toutes les qualités du casque.Gros point positif. J'ai envoyé cette remarque au support, suggérant que le firmware du casque pourrait être amélioré pour offrir un retour micro dans les écouteurs, et les échanges furent très cordiaux, très soignés et j'ai même bénéficié d'une remise sur mon achat pour avoir contacté le support à ce sujet. Franchement, un support vraiment top. Vivement la version avec le retour micro, et le produit sera parfait.En attendant le produit parfait, je viens d'en acheter deux exemplaires de plus pour mes proches. La satisfaction est au rendez-vous.

Ich nutze die Kopfhörer für die Arbeit. Die Qualität ist echt super und es war auch unglaublich einfach sie anzuschließen. Dongle rein und schon ging es in Sekunden los! Ich bin begeistert!!!
Rempli ses fonctions RAS
Utiliser pour deux postes en même temps pour deux ordinateurs un en bluetooth et un avec la clé. Je n'ai pas encore trouvé tous les réglages mais quand le micro est activé en bluetooth pour utiliser dragon il coupe la lecture du premier PC ce qui pour moi est un peu gênant. Le micro est un peu juste en terme de longueur et je trouve que parfois la qualité est un peu juste mais dans l'ensemble il répond à la description. Qualité audio OK on s'attend pas à du Bose non plus.
