1.0 out of 5 stars Full of Bugs - Renders Keyboard Useless
We I had high expectations of this keyboard. I ordered the wired version and then saw the wireless was the same price so ordered the wireless with a view to return the unopened wired one. First time I tried it over 2.4gz I had random key presses (one key was held down). I then plugged it in thinking it was the wireless and as soon as you plug it in you have multiple key presses. Another thing, I left the PC on overnight (the sleep is set to 5mins in the software) and came down this morning to the PC on sleep and the keyboard awake and on at 5%???. Thought I would try it on my work laptop without the software installed in case its a software bug. The right arrow key does not work at all. also plugging it in and then unplugging it causes the keyboard to not respond which means you have to turn it on and then off. It appears that I am not the only one that is experiencing these issues. Many reviews on here with issues, plus multiple reddit threads on issues. I would therefore definitely NOT recommend this keyboard

The keyboard is amazing - compared to the Logitech and Razer equivalent-ish models the latency is noticably lower, and the customisation software actually works.The only problem is the battery lasts like 16 hours, so I am charging it during the week. And you really have to charge it from a wall block / socket, otherwise you will come back to it in the morning, and the battery is still pretty much flat!

My son says its the best keyboard he's ever had and with him that's saying something. It's well made, looks great with his gaming PC. He loves it but, at the price you need to check out as many reviews on it as possible to make sure it's really what you want.

keyboard is good, but my problem is that it wont update the keyboards firmware. click start and nothing happens and website page freezes. had no problem updating steelseries aerox 9 mouse.

DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT buy the wireless version of this keyboard. The keyboard takes all day to charge...incredibly bad (which defeats the object of a wireless keyboard); the software itself is buggy and issues incorrect charging reports for both wireless and wired and both do not correspond at all. When using it wireless the battery drains incredibly quickly in much less than a day so you may as well have bought the wired version. How SteelSeries can actually sell this product in this state is beyond me and at a ridiculous price. I've scoured internet forums and views are pretty much the same.Buy this instead if you want a great wireless keyboard:Logitech G915 LIGHTSPEED TKL Tenkeyless Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with low profile GL-Tactile key switches, LIGHTSYNC RGB, Ultra thin design, 40+ hours battery life, QWERTY UK Layout - BlackUsing the lighting key you can lower the keyboard's brightness and it will last all week or even more.

Broken battery / software.- Hundreds of people with the same issue, totally unacceptable.A total recall should be exercised!Battery health is poor, it does not hold when unplugged. Not only this, it barely holds charge when plugged in as well!See photo for example!You are constantly battling with going up and down by 5%. Totally unacceptable, I bought in November and have had months of agonising use… I will be moving to the razer huntsman for sureTotal downgrade from the brands previous wired version!You can’t do custom colour via keyboard now either, you must own a pc and download the software.- On the previous Wired TKL you could set custom / pre made presets on the actual keyboard.Rubbish piece of tech, turtl3 b3ach would make a better keyboard than this and that is saying something because they are TERRIBLE quality products !Never again steel series, you’ve lost a genuine customer.I will be looking for a new company to buy all my gaming products from.I used you for everything.Overall keyboard feels the same to touch, overall it is worse than the 2022 wired version and I wish I never bought it.Enough said, not worth the risk.
Perfect quality and mechanical feeling
Thanks to configurable actuation length this keyboard is a perfect solution for me as a programmer.It is compact, so your mouse can be put closer to the middle. I can also switch between 2 different machines WiFi <-> Bluetooth with just one switch on the side. Both connections work flawlessly.Pay attention however that not all keys have configurable actuation, check out the user manual to see which are those.There are only 5 presets of RGB illumination in keyboard's onboard memory. They can be overridden by running SteelSeriesGG app where you use Prism to configure any RGB you want. But if this app doesn't run or you are on Linux, you have only 5 of those default ones.The battery lasts long (weeks, but didn't measure yet exact time).Price is extreme, but recommended if you can find a good discount.
Funciona a la perfeccion
El teclado funciona de maravilla la unica pega que le pongo es que no tenga el teclado qwerty español sino el ingles aunque si estas acostumbrado a escribir con teclado al ser automaticas las pulsaciones cero problemas, si tienes que mirar a las teclas un poco de engorroso en caso de que tengas que ir probando o buscar que tecla es la que necesitas.(Se que venden paquetes de teclas en español para cambiarlas pero no de la misma calidad que las originales y el teclado ya cuesta lo suyo)Por otra parte la conectividad perfecta en todas sus sopciones.El software que controla el teclado para modificar las teclas segun la presion que apliques de lujo y el programador de macros tambien perfecto.Lo recomiendo al 100% si buscas un teclado de tamaño reducido y el presupuesto te llega.

Comprei o teclado no natal do ano passado e tem sido um teclado excelente, ate um certo dia quando me deparo que o led do botao home nao estava a dar as cores correspondentes, como se um led tivesse fundido
