Looks good, doesn't drip, unobtrusive. Works fine with Ecover hand soap which is quite viscous. Refills easily & set-up gives just enough soap with a single squirt. Easy to fit and seems secure so far with the adhesive pad supplied (screws & plugs also). Only thing that was a bit fiddly is the small plastic key - as if I need another key to lose - for the locking top refill cover, if you need it locked - I don't so gladly threw the key away. Apart from that a pleasing, clean design and worthwhile addition to the bathroom to forget about bar-soap sludge on the sink.

Edit: the new screw adhesive doesn’t work because it juts out, so ordered nano tape. Either way it’s fine using just adhesiveThis makes my bathroom look much more swish. Adhesive has come on alot over the years, so far it is still on my tiles. I bought this to use for hand soap, like others say it dispenses a small amount, but it's the same as any pump bottle. I would never use this for shampoo and conditoner, as not enough would be pumped out.Installation: Easy enough, used the screw adhesive for the top part, but the padded adhesive once on the lower half of the product doesnt touch the tile because the outer edges are more foward. I had to buy more of the adhesives that have a little screw (arrived today) otherwise the lower half is loose and swings side by side. I've had to order a pack of 25 of these, when all I want is one! It would help if there were two of the screw adhesive pads in the pack.

I was unfortunate to break a similar dispenser and I obviously needed one quickly. I saw this model and have to say I'm extremely pleased. I was lucky in as much as the screwholes were the same as the old ones, so in place in minutes. Now I have it in place, it is working like a dream. I would, in my humble opinion, recommend this to anyone needing to put a shower gel / shampoo dispenser in their shower cubicle. Also worth the money for looks and quality.

They look lovely but nothing is coming out of the nozzles, I’ve filled them up and even added water to one to make it more runny but still nothing from the nozzles - do I need to unlock them?

The media could not be loaded. Didn't want to screw into the splash back so went for the adhesive option. it was worth taking the effort to follow the instructions on website rather than the leaflet as the latter only provides info about screwing onto the wall. Definitely very pleased with the quality, very stylish and grandkids can't waste loads of soap now as a small but sufficient amount dispenses at a time.

I like this product because it saves me money. Tip: if the soap doesn't come out, push down on the button, cover the output with your finger, and then release the button. It will slowly vaccuume the soap into the pump. This seems small, but its actually perfect for that last bit in the bottle. When my soap bottle stops pumping, there's a lot left. I prop this in a corner with an upside down soap bottle. I can use the left over soap for over a week after the bottle has stopped dispensing. Also, for guests, it looks nice, and is easy for them to find the soaps they need.
