I purchased this to downgrade from a 4 slot to a 2 slot as we don’t often have toast so wanted to save space.It’s pretty useless to be honest and stresses me out every time I use it because whatever bread I buy the bread doesn’t fit so I either have to toast it long ways and force it which means fighting to get it out or toast it up tall and then turn it round half way which means the middle of the toast is super toasted but the top and bottom not.We plan on buying another soon

Bought from au website so didn't read review as I have many russel Hobbs product. Unless without a au power plug. At least tell us in the specifications. Goodbye Russell Hobbs. You have lost me.
Strange and unexpected
I am about to send this product back. I used Au Bolo to buy the toaster and the kettle. Both came with European power outlets. Really? Why not tell in the description it has an EU power outlet?
Not AU compatible
I bought this from an Australian website and expected it to be able to be used here. The plug is European. Not happy
