After reading reviews for this particular clipper, I had so much positive expectations before purchasing this clipper, I just honestly say i just had a disappointing experience after my first use today. The labeled part on the first image got so roasting hot while in use, my partner and I had to wait for it to cool down before going ahead to cut my hair. This shouldn’t have passed quality check tbh it’s soo sooo bad and unsafe to use.Yes all the kits are intact but it gets soo hot and noisy

The media could not be loaded. The machine is in bad condition, it doesn't work, it doesn't have much power when cutting hair, it's damaged, I would like to change it or get a refund, but I am in Costa Rica

Produit très peu puissant incapable de raser une bonne barbe.Je recherchais un ensemble filaire, pour justement avoir la puissance nécessaire, hors seule la tondeuse principale est filaire, le reste est à batterie et ne semble clairement pas qualitatif.
