About this item:
ABENA San 5-11 is our Premium range of anatomically shaped pads for moderate to heavy incontinence. The high performance core with Top-Dry Technology ensures fast absorption and a dry surface even after multiple voids, maintaining skin integrity. The fully breathable pads are fitted with standing leakage barriers combined with front and rear built-in cross barriers offering 360° leakage protection. When combined, these functionalities keep the skin in balance and maintains a natural pH skin balance. The odour control system minimises unpleasant smells. The wetness indicator with graduation scale guides the user and caretaker to the product with the right absorption level and product changes. The dermatologically tested products feature the Nordic Eco Label. ABENA San in sizes 5-11 should always be used with special fixation underwear, like our Abri-Fix products, to ensures a close fit and reduce the risk of leakage. Two-piece systems, a fixation pant and an incontinence pad, are a cost-effective solution, as they use less materials, have less impact on the environment and increase quality of life.

We saw these in a recent hospital visit and my relative said they were more comfortable than the style she was wearing previously. Great absorbency.

They are incontinent pads what more can you say
5.0 out of 5 stars She's more confident using these.
Size 10They hold urine very well. So far no leaking out onto her clothes and her chair/bed. The 9san did well but would leak when full, through to her clothes and chair pads. These 10's have saved on extra laundry and clothes changing, they give her more confidence. She reported they are comfortable and she's very happy with them. She just wishes the district nurses would increase the size of her allocated pads to the 10.They have only increased to the san. She is having to purchase these ones herself. If she's happy, I'm happy. I'd recommend on her behalf.

The design and fit are tailored to each gender, ensuring comfort and security. The absorbency level is impressive, providing confidence throughout the day. However, some users might find the sizing a bit challenging to get right. Overall, a practical solution for managing incontinence with dignity.

Excellent product!!!💐 Life Altering 🌻
I saw this product reviewed on another brands site on Bolo. If that makes sense. A woman wrote that this product made her life so much easier. And the other product was getting terrible reviews and there were women on there who were at their wits end because of the laundry issues when leaks happen. So I purchased this product because of that review I saw on another brands site on Bolo. This product has changed my life. I no longer have a ton of laundry from bedding and clothing getting soaked. I ordered the 9s, 10s, and 11s. I started using the 10s first and they are wonderful —excellent products. I use them inside of a Depends brief and often times the Depends brief is not even wet. The 10s hold a huge amount of liquid. [A man reviewed the 11s and said they changed his wife’s quality of life.] I bought all 3 products to see which one works best for me.
Adult pads
Works good. Fits good. Tucks good in shorts.
A step up!
I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about improving an already good product but they did it.It’s flatter and less “puffy” yet it holds about 8oz more. It’s more comfortable because it fits nicely against you without being puffy. Some have complained about no strip of adhesive to hold these in place in your underpants. I bought a roll of two sided carpet tape, tear off about two inches and put it on the back of the pad near the top. When I have things positioned, I remove the paper from the tape and press the pad against my panties - keeps it securely in place. On some nights when I have been drinking lots of fluids, I put the back of the pad to the front. That gives much more absorbency material up front for a dryer night. I do the same thing when I ride in a car. What was a nice surprise to find that it absorbs faster ! You know that “gush” when you stand up after sitting awhile? It catches that so you don’t get a wet spot! That’s the happiest improvement. It would be best not to have to wear a product for this need, but when you have to, this new version has little changes that made differences that are actually helpful.Yes, I recommend this product and use it. No, no one has contacted or talked to me or offered an incentive (lol, that would have been nice, though)! I’ve tried others and I’ll stand by this upgraded product. It’s shipped promptly and discreetly - no one knows what’s in the box.I’m pretty sure I’ve covered about everything. For those bedridden folks, I think this would be one of the better options in pads.
So far so good, have stopped overflow issues since using
The insert pads seem to be collecting urine sufficiently as there haven’t been any issues with leakage since the CNAs have started using them. I decided to try these because mom isn’t being toileted often enough on some occasions resulting in overflow onto pants.
Hallelujah!!
These pads/liners have saved my washer and my sanity. I use these for my 46 year-old, special needs son. I found Abena products s couple of years ago, and they work the best of anything else I have tried, but even the L3 Premium Pants weren't enough for overnight. I was using the Abri-Man liners but there were still at least a couple of nights or more every week when the bed and my son's clothes would be soaked in the morning, especially when it was cold. Then the Abri-Man liners became unavailable. I tried doubling up the Premium Pants with mixed results After searching the Abena website, I found these pads/liners. Absorbency ability is designated by number, with 11 being the highest. I tried #10 the first time, and they worked pretty well, but we still had mornings with soaked sheets and clothes. So next I tried #11. Ding, ding, ding - jackpot!! Mornings are dry 99% of the time! Even when it is cold! I use a #11 liner in a pair of L3 Premium Pants. We rarely have soaked sheets and clothes, or even leakage. They are well worth every penny. I pray to never be without them!
