This is a high quality probiotic with strains that specifically support gut health including constipation and digestion and also support general immunity.They recommend 1 a day which will give you a 60 day supply though they recommend that if you want to have this for Immunity then you would have 2 a day which would be a 30 day supply.They don't need to be refrigerated and these could be quite handy when you are travelling as it provides the important gut and immunity support.It doesn't have any fillers or colours and the capsules are easy to take. It is something you would have to take over a longer period of time to feel benefits but it does seem like a good quality probiotic.

My usual probiotic is £50/month so at £33 for 2 months supply this is considerably cheaper. I am finding it ok so far, no side effects and comfortable capsule size.Good quality brown glass jar makes for decent storage to keep the product in good condition.

Therefore, unfortunately, I can not comment on these aspects in this review.Suffice it to say that I am very happy with these Multi-strain Probiotic capsules from JS Health and am likely to buy more. Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

My waist tend to increase almost one size after a meal, even a small one. Therefore I have been trying different brands of probiotic. The ingredients here is impressive and I am experiencing less bloating. However, I found almost same results with cheaper brands.

On the face of it, these probiotics aren't cheap. However, they're really good quality, have the right number of CFUs and I've been impressed with other health products from this brand. Top marks.

The media could not be loaded. Supplements are a great way of topping up the bodies vitamins and minerals needed that are often missing from our diets.These are packed with bifidobacterium which apparently helps the gut maintain a heavily bacteria balance to support a healthy gut.Simply take 1 tablet a day with water. Comes with 60 capsules so will last 2 months.

2 months supply of excellent premium Probiotics for good gut health.These are as expected, excellent quality, easy to swallow with no advrse effects.These are very potent and also the very expensive price reflects this.Question is, are these worth it?
