I'm 30 years old, had a partial hysterectomy 2 years ago - so my menopause is surgically induced.I've been sleeping absolutely rubbish, pain everywhere, gut issues and so irritable (felt so sorry for my poor husband).I've been on these 2 days now and can feel the improvement in myself, my moods picked up, I actually feel like I've slept and I no longer feel irritated by the little things!I would highly recommend these to any of my menopausal friends! The hot flushes still come and go but they don't feel like my heads going to explode from overheating!

I purchase these after I see them on a Facebook page for women suffrage from menopause. Skeptical I decide to go ahead and try them.After 2 weeks I could feel the difference I had more Energy and didn’t feel so tired all the time.My mood had also lifted which means I felt I could do more.After almost finishing the pills I noticed I had lost 6lb in weight which is what I was hoping would happen.I have now order another lot and hope they continue to help me feel better.The only downside is I do not like taking pills at the best of time, these are quite large and the plastic coating do not taste nice however I do take the pills twice a day with lots of water and that seems to help. Other pills with the same coating at times have given me very bad indigestion and heartburn touchwood these do not seem to do that at the moment.
