I'm in my 50's and have suffered a lot of hair loss that started with menopause then was exacerbated through a period of extreme stress (and tbh not looking after myself too well at the time). I was sceptical about these vitamins but after looking at the reviews thought I would give them a go. I have been taking them now for around 12 months (maybe a little less) and plan to continue on them for the foreseeable future. I had overall thinning and loss but especially at my temples. I noticed after about three months the baby hairs growing at my temples and my hairdresser told me I have new hair growing across most of my head. I have shoulder length hair which is now thin and some of my greys are a wiry consistency (basically I hate my hair) HOWEVER I now have around 4-5 inches from my scalp down of good healthy hair meaning that when this is longer I can have the old hair that I am unhappy with cut off. These are definitely helping my hair to grow and the new hair seems healthier. Sadly I will never have the thick luscious locks that I dream of but my hair is SO much better for these. On a side note I also recommend Thrive and Hallelujah hair oils that Bolo sell.

I have curly hair and have straightened it my whole life & it's really suffered. I bought extensions and my hair was even more damaged. I couldn't even wear my hair down comfortably. I bought these about 1.5 months ago and I can now wear my hair down and it's much longer I've grown about an inch. Just repurchased :))

I used these back in April and May and noticed my hair grew quite a bit in that time but was sceptical that it was actually due to some vitamins so stopped taking them. My hair recently started coming out in the shower and my hairbrush and looking a lot thinner so I started taking them again (approx 3 weeks ago) and I have already noticed a difference! My hair is coming out so much less, which I get quite often in the colder months (maybe because of changes in temperature/more central heating). It also feels thicker and healthier. Although I was sceptical before I can confirm they actually work!

I wish I'd taken a before pic so I could compare! Been taking these for a month now and have seen a noticeable difference in my hair. I have thick curly hair that has been abused for years with too much bleach (natural colour is very dark) and I'm trying to get it back to health. There's obviously no product in the world that can help what's left of the bleached frazzled ends but the rest of my hair is super soft and shiny and has finally grown! My fringe has gone from cheekbone length to way past my chin in just weeks.My body hair is also growing incredibly quickly (LOL) but I don't mind as it just shows that these work!Also really easy to swallow as they're small and coated. Used to be sceptical about products like this but I'm a convert now. Will be reordering for sure
Best hair supplement
I am very impressed with this vitamin. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's years ago and my hair has been very thin/ brittle since being diagnosed. I can tell a real difference with this supplement; not only for my hair but also the amount of energy I have. 10/10 recommend.
Helped tremendously with my hair shedding I had!
I used to lose a bunch of hair when I would brush my hair or wash it. I’ve been taking these for 3 months now and that doesn’t happen anymore. I have very little shedding if any at all. It has also helped my baby hairs grow back and my bald spots are gone! I do get a little bit of energy from these as well.

My hair been falling out due to postpartum. I needed something to help my hair grow back. So i tried product and it works it actually works. It helped my hair grow faster and healthier. I will be buying it again.

These make my hair grow so damn fast and they give me so much energy! Honestly makes it a bit hard to sleep is the only thing. The taste is okay, not too awful as you barely taste it.
